If IM4 happens, it won't be in Phase 3. Also Phase 2 had only one new "franchise", so I'm sure they'll like to expand that and having 3 new ones makes sense (one per year).

I don't see them explicitly splitting Avengers 3, if anything they will tell part of the story in another movie or series as they did with TWS and AoS.
Also, if anything Punisher happens it'll very likely be a Netflix series.

The Ant-Man audio was great!
Spader obviously has a great voice, but I did expect him to sound more robot like and not so "human", but then again JARVIS has a regular human voice in the MCU. Guess I'm used to the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes type voice for Ultron.
Loki or not, Avengers 1 lacked a really strong villain since it was really an origin story for the Avengers, this seems to be correcting it finely.
