What's Team C again? Could have sworn Team C was No Solid Snake, No Hayter? But by your avy and all the Gray Fox references in your posts, I'm assuming you mean to say you're in Team D which was "Venom Snake = Gray Fox. COINCIDENCE!?" Though I could be wrong and you really are Team C.

How would that make sense if he's voicing Big Boss? If Kiefer replaced Hayter so Hayter could voice Solid Snake then the same would be true on the japanese side. Also neither can Hayter nor Akio can or have be known to voice kids. They will find someone who can voice children.
Can you imagine someone who looks like this:

He voiced both Solidus and Solid in MGS2 so he could do it again. I don't think anyone's expecting Hayter to voice a child. When people say they want Hayter, they're hoping for a time-skip.

John Cygan was Solidus' voice actor. If there was a time skip that far I would assume Big Boss would be voiced by Richard Doyle.

If we see Solid Snake and he's voiced by an adult, chances are a time skip is involved. So what they could do in the japanese version is just swap out Akio Otsuka with his father who played Big Boss in MGS4 and have Akio voice Solid.
It would be different than our version because the person who played Big Boss in MGSV would also be playing Solid Snake over there, but this isn't the first time that kind of thing has happened... Akio playing Solidus and the japanese voice actor of Liquid playing Liquid Ocelot in MGS4 come to mind.
This is all playing devil's advocate of course because I'm Team B, and believe Hayter was ousted from the Snake role period as opposed to a specific change in Big Boss.

Eli isnt Liquid. Chico isnt Quiet. Big Boss isnt Big Boss. Metal Gear Solid 5 is going to be the only canon game in the series, the only depiction of what really happened in the Metal Gear reality, and the other games are just the games that were made within the Metal Gear universe itself by the in-game Hideo Kojima, inspired by his experiences working for Not Big Boss. Every reference and subtle implication in the game is there solely to bait the fans.
