Honestly, this is what I think it is, the way he mentioned turning on 3D leads me more to believe this is pre-rendered rather than gameplay. Nowhere in the comment does it mention it being playable or a stage

He just did it for the picture? Darn. I guess it wouldn't work for ditto matches, but I like the idea of a stage that affects what the characters look like. And we're not getting the Paper stage that changes everyone into Paper characters.

Maybe Link's Awakening? Remember that most of the dungeons had sidescrolling parts.

Tetris stage would be incredible

Yeah. It's an edited pic. I took it because it was the best looking after a quick Google search. I realized after it couldn't be the actual stage (I too haven't played it in a while).

Alright Imma cut to the chase. I know my ****. Been seein some hella dope stuff these past few months about Smash bros behind closed doors. I'm not gonna reveal on the new dudes/stages/modes, but Imma tell you some cool **** about it.

-Shulk: Badass dude. Fights with a lazer sword that seems completely OP but it's fun as hell so we keep it in. From a JRPG. Look him up if you

Ridley: So this ones interesting. Im gonna try to be more chill for this one because it's a weird topic. He's a Metroid character if you didn't know. He's got a new mechanic that lets him fly. Think gliding from the older smash games but make it less ****. They're barely letting people play this character. I've only seen very early gameplay. Seems to have been decided on later on because of that. If you ask me, they're tryin to use this dude to hype the crowds as I'm aware he's a fan favorite.

- Mah mane Mewtwo is back though. No special instructions in the demo they gave us. Weird. People like Shulk and Ridley had these long *** talks from Nintendo reps on "here's how to use the character", "he's new!", "A is to attack!"

I **** you not. They treated us like idiots. But anyway he was just there in the build. Just on the select screen. I was all like "well alright then".

- Some white game and watch dudes. I honestly have no clue who these dudes were from as I drifted away at this part. I forgot their name and everything. Ice Climbers like. Seemed 2D. They talked about them for a split second but spent more time on bigger dudes. Oddly enough they weren't available for us to play. But they had enough for an on stage demonstration?

-No clue whether I saw the final roster. Was at least 50 dudes though. I remember 4 rows so take that as you will tho.

- I got some more **** but I got character limits. How the hell do I add more? Was told this was an anonymous site so thats why i went here. Not prankin you guyseither

-Some green-haired chick is playable. Started with a P and I wanna say Priscilla but that seems wrong.

Fuck, that comment just makes me feel starved.

Can't wait to see more of this stage. And damn, I really hope we're getting a Smash Direct soon. At this point I'm almost expecting it. I feel like there's so much information that still needs to be discussed and revealed, and we're only a month away from release.

I got what you meant though! Hopefully this potential gameboy stage is similar but with some throwbacks to the classics
(Let's get some pokemon/tetris up in there)

I think it is the stage, but just zoomed out, right?
 
Lol for second I thought the game boy stage was a some fan made when I scrolled the previous page. I like the stage like game and watch stage that characters look like flat 2D.

Yes, the same thing applied to the transition screens on Castle Siege. If this is the entirety of the stage, then yes, it's likely going to get banned. However, if the stage transforms like many seem to believe here, and the walkoff is only that transition, then it depends on the remainder of the screens.
 
That's a really cool stage! So now we're at 21 new stages and 2 retro stages for 3DS version. For reference, Brawl had 31 new stages and 10 retro stages (23 new and 6 retro were starter stages). So we're 2 stages away from having the same number of starter stages as Brawl. It's really looking like the 3DS version alone will be bigger than Brawl in every aspect.
