right. announced. doesnt mean they were ready to show a full trailer. it didnt make sense to show a KI2 trailer with one character, assuming they are further along now and are able to, a trailer with some of the new features and more characters seems likely. of course this is an assumption on my part, but the game (update) isnt all that far out now.
Seems to be the first MS conference in the last 1-2 years without half of it leaking, looking forward to some announcements.
Cant see them talking about Gears in Germany because the only Gears we got was Judgement.
Hope to see something Halo 5 related, maybe a Beta trailer or something.

I think it's a pretty safe assumption we'll see something Halo related at an MS conference
Gears still seems too far away for anything tangible, plus as you said, its status in Germany.

I think that's because their isn't anything really new to announce. I think they'll be focusing on their upcoming launch/highlighting already announced games.
I'd love a beta to Fable this week though lol
They were still evaluating what to do next like two months ago. I don't think we'll see Rare till E3 '15 at the earliest.

Was it ever confirmed that the whole studio was working on KSR? Seemed kinda light (had less content than KS 2) for a ~150 person studio.
I think Lift London is a definite. I remember an interview from the end of last year saying that they'd release their three titles in the near future. Whether they're for the Xbox One or not is certainly up for debate, but considering it's been 9 months since they said "near future," I'm assuming that their initial vision has maybe expanded.

First title is for touch devices, second Phil Spencer said was interesting if they could land it and not locked to specific devices or something, whatever that means.
Looks like you're right, they said they weren't going to be at Gamescom.

Yeh if you look at their tweets to me they said that was a good guess or something similar when I asked (I think anyway).
They moved to a studio this year... very elusive though

I'm certain that there is. Even last year there was Fable Legends, and this time around they have a proper conference. Also, before E3 Spencer was tweeting something to the effect that he has his hands full trying to spread out all the announcements across the various conferences.

True although they could be utilising some of their older IPs which wouldn't need to show up or maybe they just haven't trademarked games yet.

"B" is from Scalebound, Halo already confirmed, Far Cry 4, Evolve, Project Spark(?), and Fable Legends. Not sure about the other ones.
