Police say a 33-year-old man has been accused of sucker-punching a pregnant woman who was walking down the street in Brooklyn Thursday afternoon.
Willie Stephens has been charged with assault after the attack on Monroe Street in Bushwick.
Police say the 34-year-old woman was walking on the street when the suspect allegedly came up and punched her in the eye before walking away.
An officer in the area found the woman lying on the ground and she was taken to Woodhull Medical Center in unknown condition.
Officers canvassing the area after the attack tracked down Stephens, who apparently matched the womans description of the attacker, according to the NYPD.
Its not clear if Stephens has an attorney.

Her sister was able to call the cops and give a description, and police found Stephens and charged him with assault. Police sources tell the Post the incident appeared to be a "knockout game" attack, where victims are randomly targeted and then sucker-punched.
