Got my rare Eva Marie back. Just put my maxed uncommon summer rae into her and she went up 13 levels. I need another super rare besides Andre although he kicks ass.

NEVER AGAIN

2 rare Otunga's, and some support card I already had

So I had some gift card credit lying in my iTunes account, so I threw a couple bucks at a Superstar pack to see what I'd get. An UR Naomi. Then in my next exhibition round, I drew a SR Nikki Bella. The UR Naomi is worthless at this point, because the Divas are usually so underpowered.

I'm really enjoying this game, but I think I'm doing the leveling up wrong. Is it better to max out two cards, make it a Pro, then max that out to feed to your Supers? Or can you just make a Pro and level that up? Does it make a difference?

If it's anything like other CCGs, you want to max out cards before combining as the potential max stats are going to be higher for the combined card if you do so. Every other CCG I've played is like that, I'd assume it's the same here.

they really need to re-think the KOTR formula..it needs to be either shorter or give more meaningful rewards...just too much time and resources for what you get

yep,it is like this here too.
if you want a decent card, you have to max both cards,THEN fuse them, and then max the pro version too.
lots of time and resources..but the result is a card that has generally around 70/80 points in all stats...at least for the super rare version..didn't check for the rare version, but in the end is always better to max everything, especially since a single +1 can make the difference in a match

Really need to get rid of my uncommon Eva Marie...any rare right now will do she just needs to go now.

Now mines pro'd with 2 maxed out AND maxed out herself, she just beat a Super Rare Cameron. I'd just keep on with that if you find another. Not lost to a non-pro rare ever yet.

Won my KOTR this morning. My reward was a Rare Yokozuna pair and an uncommon ladder. I already have a SR ladder.

Never. Again.

Just wait until you start going up against the Epic Stephanie McMahons.

I've been playing for 2 hours and just broke into Super Rare. Record is 38-6, I have 4 rares, all unleveled (HHH, Mysterio, Miz, Edge) and an UC Eva Marie. None of them leveled up yet except for Eva, but she's still only level 3, I'll likely start doing that once I seriously try going into SR (swapped Edge out for my first rare Jimmy Uso so I can stay in the Rare tier for a bit and farm more cards to use as level up fodder, as well as to hopefully snag another copy of one of my rares so I can eventually combine one to a pro card).

The game's pretty easy to figure out if you've played similar CCGs a lot as that experience can help in terms of being efficient with your time, figuring out the level up mechanics, and deckbuilding.

EDIT: Just took a screenshot:

Ah, swapping in weaker cards to drop down a tier and grind sounds like something I should've done as soon as created my SR Pro Batista from two fully leveled SR cards.

Do we know if Legendaries and Epics can drop, or are they just possible to get via purchase and KOTR?

I honestly doubt that they can drop before you reach that tier. By that logic SR would also be able to drop before that, and I've yet to see anyone report on that.

My SR Vince McMahon is stuck on Level24/25, he does not seem to be getting anymore exp. Sucks :(. Can't combine him now.

I just went up against a maxed out R AJ Lee with my own maxed out R AJ lee and the other card had slightly higher stats than mine. It wasn't Pro and there were no Support cards or Special Moves used.

Can you get higher stats on your cards depending on the types of cards you use to train them or something?

Edit: They may have played that Paul Heyman support card that bumps up your whole deck's stats, now that I think about it.

If you're in the Super Rare+ stage of things and have a ton of rares sitting around, does it make sense to feed them to your supers? Or are we better off holding onto them in case of getting a double and making them a pro rare?

So far I've been only using uncommon or worse for feeding to cards and leveling.

It really depends. I have a lot of "bottom tier" Rares that I don't mind using to train my other cards (ones that I actually use). I did some more testing and found how much XP you'd get for Pro cards and leveling up a Common before using it to train another:

Common - 21 XP
Uncommon - 41 XP
Rare - 81 XP

Common (Pro) - 45 XP
Uncommon (Pro) - 89 XP
Rare (Pro) - 177 XP

Common (Level 1) - 31 XP
Common (Level 2) - 44 XP

If you want to get the most XP out of your cards, it's best to wait so you can combine them before feeding it to a character. On the other end of the spectrum, it's not worth it to level up a card for the sole purpose of feeding it to another.

SR I would definitely save. You will really need some Pro SR cards until you get Ultra because you can't win against those if your SR's are not Pro, I think.

I'm trying to complete collections so I hold unto R's until I can make doubles, but is there even any point in completing a collection, because I don't really see it happening.

For like the eighth time now I've had "Connecting to Network" pop on my card select screen, making me unable to choose a card so I can't progress. I have to close the game and relaunch it. Really annoying.

I just saw that the KOTR thing takes 45 games just to put people into the actual tournament. They're really trying to kill you with timers.

Just started today for random fun. not so bad and don't feel like I need to pay anything to win which is always nice.

I've had a bitch of a time finding a good Diva card. I have a decent deck but am still rolling with a Common Snuka girl. It's almost a guaranteed loss every time. Should I even bother feeding it other cards even if it's for marginal improvements? I tried feeding her a couple of uncommon Steve Austin and Brock cards and she gained a point to all of her stats which is nice I guess.

Diva card is a tough one. Was stuck with a common AJ for awhile which did ok cause I did feed it all my crap cards. But even my Eva Marie gets her ass kicked pretty bad by rare divas by a large margin

You have to "manufacture" a high powered Diva card if you're not pulling any from the drawings. You'll need to find a second Tamina card, level both of them up fully, then combine them and level it up to maximum again.

I just saw someone that was 482-1. I thought I was doing good at 465-31 but holy shit. Decided to go against his deck and saw why he probably won so much. He had a Super Rare Bella Diva that ate my pro rare AJ alive...

The lack of a really good diva is my biggest issue, once I hit SR tier it's been an almost guaranteed loss.

So what do you guys do with your lower end rares?

Use them as training fodder.

This is what I'm working with now

All maxed out apart from Rock who has another level to go. Then going to max another SR Andre I found to make him pro and then build up a Bray What rare as I already have one maxed to pro him up. Should get me up a rank I think.

So are the saves Cross-platform if you don't have a Facebook sign-in? I'm guessing not, since I'm playing on iPad and signing in through Gamecenter, which wouldn't be available on my Android phone...

second ultra rare found!
UR andrè the giant

kinda ulucky with the "directions" of the cards though..2 UR,both "up"

Eh, as long as you've got others to tag them with, it shouldn't be an issue.

Quite lucky all 4 of mine have different arrows though.

Fourth SR Andre the Giant. So that will be 2x Pro SR. Not sure if I can fit a team, but they have amazing stats. I did not max level my Batista before going Pro with him, so he can probably replace him. Or a non-Pro UR Orton.

Also found my second UR which was a support card. Rather seen someone different but better than nothing.

Hopefully this will kick me into UR++ tier.

It'd be better if there were only 2 really. That way any two of your guys could team together depending on which ones had better stats for a particular match.

Edit: And with both of the UR's being the same - at least they don't drop each others stats.

Personally I've taken the day off and I've leveled up a set of green pros for easy card farming.

All these badly levelled pros make me smile. Full pro'd Rock, Andre, Eva Marie and Del Rio are eating motherfuckers for breakfast.

Yeah, properly leveled up Pro cards are monsters. Still grinding away at SR tier, but I have a UC AJ Lee that I leveled up both cards to max before combining. Maxed out she's at 113/114/132/133 and can beat low level SR Diva cards. I have a pair of UC Eva Maries maxed out as well, but I can't combine them because one's stuck in KOTR. Just need another R Eva Marie to pair up with the one I snagged last night.

Yeah, UC Pro Eva Marie maxed out wins most matches because rare divas are so, well, rare. Finally got a rare diva myself though in Natalya, so hoping for another one or better.

My super rares have always come in bunches. Got a super rare Cody Rhodes pretty early. Then went ~200 matches without getting another one before getting a SR Andre and SR Batista within 3 matches of each other. Then went another ~150 matches or so before getting another SR Batista and an SR Big Show on the very same match.

It took me a long time to get a second Rare Nattie. I was using uncommon pro AJ for so long.

Pro Rare Nattie leveled the correct way will give you a card that's 173/164/164/176.

So is the best strategy when you've built up a shitload of cards to combine as many as you can, then feed the commons to the uncommons, those uncommons to the rares, the the rares to the ultra rares (if those are your playables)? Should I wait until I, say, max out an uncommon before feeding it to a rare because that seems super grindy and tedious.

Also I maxed out my common Tamina and still no better Diva card in sight. I guess I'm stuck with her.
