Oh I'm not saying that makes it okay only that it makes some of those witnesses less credible.
Now they're being told they'll arrest media. On msnbc

but two of the bullets struck his head and the remaining four in the front. This contradicts the witnesses.
I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes to placing where gunshots landed on a human body they were watching from probably well over twenty feet away
It possible he was shot at twice while he was running and then stopped, turned around and surrendered and then was shot. The witnesses might have mistaken that the shots fired when he was running actually struck him.

Jesus. how many total rounds were fired, has that been released? did Wilson fire until empty? fuck that guy
I think we need a sticky thread on what premeditation means in a criminal context. You can show premeditation by pulling the trigger with the intent to kill your target.Doesn't that have to show premeditation?
That explains the premature crackdown on the protestors.
The body as it fell was facing police so he may have turned around when he put his hands up.
Holy fuck. Ferguson PD justified the purchase of their mine resistant vehicle by citing a need to protect its "pumpkin festival."![]()

so he got shot twice in the head, turned around with his hands up, then got shot four times? Seems unlikely someone would be mobile after getting shot twice in the head.
So he was shot from a distance. Guess that means the the was reaching for gun story bullshit.
if the cop doesnt go down for this...@nytimes 8:02 PM

saw that, these cops are out of hand. Hand have been for a while apparently. On MSNBC. Threatening to mace the media.
Not necessarily. The witnesses said he was running away and stopped, he could have stopped just from being shot at, not necessarily hit. Regardless, 6 times is overkill, if this were a wife and husband murder, the cops would literally use the term overkill to describe it.wasn't there reports that he was shot as he was running away? This report indicates four of the bullets came from the front of brown.

Yea sorry, I wasn't really concentrating on what you said. I have the live stream on. Was just throwing out a possible reason.so he got shot twice in the head, turned around with his hands up, then got shot four times? Seems unlikely someone would be mobile after getting shot twice in the head.

Doesn't this contradict the eye witness accounts that he was shot in the back while running away?
The 4 witnesses say he was shot twice in the back/shot at while running away, then Brown turned around surrendered and was shot 4 times in the front.
Unreliable eye witnesses that hate the cops? Shocking.
BTW: I still think the cop is guilty but too many people jump on every little 'fact' posted online (this is not directed at you, just in general to the Internet).
