People tend to based their opinions on the facts available at the time. Until there is a fact that indicates this cop was justified in shooting an unarmed man to death the whole "We just don't know!" tripe really falls flat. Especially as more information is released that basically says "Yea, dude was unarmed and got gunned down..."

The point of the image was someone stating that aiming lower was a) impossible and b) should never be attempted.
And yet just 2 months ago, German police successfully deescalated a situation where a man had a machete and a sword by doing just that.
Well, if that happens, I think what we have seen thus far in Ferguson will look tame. I'm imagining a Rodney King level of angry riots. I hope I'm wrong.

Being fair, many countries in Europe has also racial tensions. Reading last week about Greek farmer killing his immigrant hired help because they protested too much.
It's an inference. The autopsy doesn't say that - the guy who performed it said only that the bullet entered the top of Brown's head (and it wasn't at close range), and refused to make a judgement on which scenario was most likely.
(Also...whoa at that post wanting to donate to Zimmerman. *_*)

The inconsistency in their transparency makes it look bad to me too. They aren't nearly as open about everything as they could be, and awfully open when it is helpful for their team members.

A cold comfort, for the most part. I never see them get to the point where, even by their own skewed/racist/nonexistent logic, they can no longer make any argument whatsoever. Once that happens, then I'd be fine with them being banned. Otherwise I just know they're now spreading their idiocy elsewhere, and still buying into it.

Dat internet justice and all, but I have serious doubts about justice being done here in Ferguson. Hell we had another black man on fucking video tape not too long ago being choked to death and what happened to that officer? He got reassignment duty and a suspension, followed by bullshit promises from mouth pieces.
I'm just really pessimistic about the whole thing.
