That doesn't make then enemies of the state. They're doing exactly what the state intends to do.
It certainly does make them enemies of the people though.
so whens it legal for the people to bust back?

Unfortunately, police have had to be fitted with "military-esque" weapons, gear, and devices for obvious reason. To call them "clowns" though? Really?

You're right but right now the MSM is still going with the "the crowd is inciting the police" angle the cops are pushing. Those of us watching the livestreams know better but we're not the majority. If the press were defying unlawful restrictions and getting arrested for it in the process the MSM would be forced to report it and there's no way to whitewash it. I don't believe the general public would sit idly by and just watch a crackdown on the press in the US. I just don't.

How else are they going to keep freedom in check? What obvious reason?
Please enlighten me. Not sarcasm.

Not sure what you're trying to get at here. Especially considering their higher ranks.

It's never legal.
Legality shouldn't matter.
When legal options have run out and we are not even close to that and never will be. Speaking of, where the fuck is the ACLU?
Anyone who is against 24/7 surveillance at his job must be involved in something shady?!
@WesleyLowery: As I think back about tonight, one specific scene/contrast stuck in my head
@WesleyLowery: As the second round of tear gas canisters hit Canfield - unbearable and thick - those preparing to fight cops ran forward
@WesleyLowery: As they did, the yelled at photogs who were there. Did not threaten, but made clear they were unwelcome to document attempts to burn store
@WesleyLowery: For safety, I moved backward. As I did, a girl in her late teens/early 20s grabbed my arm...
@WesleyLowery: "Are you leaving? Please don't leave. PLEASE! What if they shoot us? You have to be here to tell people" she told me & a photog
@WesleyLowery: On several nights that's been expressed to me: the desperate desire from residents who assume police will kill them for media to document

I don't believe Marijuana is legal Missouri, is it?

What does that have to do with anything pertaining to that video?"I ❤ pot"

they've gone so far down the wrong track i think they're trying to provoke a violent reaction so they can run a "see? This is what we have to put up with!" narrative.
Right now - they are well over the tip point - no one will -ever- trust the police force in this area again. They know it and right now a lot of what is happening is criminal

at what point is it considered reasonable then? seems like its getting to that point.
Please enlighten me. Not sarcasm.

He went on to add: "Do you really expect me to go up to a bush where there's someone crouched down and expect us to investigate? That's putting my officer's life in danger."
Unfortunately too many people in America have this idea that black people have to earn it first! They keep acting like this and they'll never get it. Once they straighten up then we can begin talks about equality. Before there can be justice there has to be peace.
And other bullshit.
Which is what I don't understand. Police need them to launch tear gas.
Before they used to use those single shot grenade launchers Vietnam era style. They got replaced with these.
"WHAT DO YOU WANT? FOR US TO DO OUR JOB?"
We're the frog sitting in boiling water. We passed the point when it was reasonable many times already.at what point is it considered reasonable then? seems like its getting to that point.
The dude is wearing a wristband with that on it?What does that have to do with anything pertaining to that video?
No, but it bothers me when people brag about supporting illegal activities like its something worth bragging about.Thats whats bothering you most in that vid??
Good Jon Missouri.
"WHAT DO YOU WANT? FOR US TO DO OUR JOB?"
The best way to keep a story under wraps is by threatening the press. They love that.Instead, let's threaten to kill the press.
Why is the discussion here so one-sided? Two people were reportedly shot with real live bullets tonight and it wasn't from the police.
It's simply not enough to say if the cops would just give it up everything would be cool.

We get it dude. You know about guns.
No one is surprised that a grenade launcher is used to fire grenades. We are surprised cops are shooting grenades.

The reason the people behind these attacks keep showing up is because the cops continue to provide these moments of tension where an attack on one person can lead into a mass riot. Why is the discussion here so one-sided? Those people hiding in the bushes are likely hiding from teargas and rubber bullets already. Why not just leave them be? Someone hiding in a bush isn't a threat.
