I would think convicted of a lesser inlcluded charge. Heavily dependent on the results of the FBI canvassing for other witnesses, the ballistics, and the clothing analysis, any just trial is a crap shoot, really, particularly when you are presumably will have a team of skilled defense attorneys. Then again, look at Casey Anthony and her attorney.. She got off with a terrible attorney bc the prosecutor was a moron. Who knows. I can tell you that I would move forward on this case based on what I've heard.

How the hell are these people not taking tests to evaluate if they hold racist thoughts or attitudes before they're admitted to these instutions that are serving EVERYONE, such as the police force or the national guard?

I mean, being a racist should automatically disqualify you. We can all at least agree with that, right?

It's actions I'm worried about--kinda weird to think the police's thoughts would be policed. They should be within their right to think whatever . . . but saying/doing things should be restricted.

That said, I'm sure a lot of them develop these feelings over the course of many years on the force.

Racism is everywhere and of every color. You're not gonna keep all of them out of everywhere.

I probably witnessed more racism in the military than I have anywhere else.

I just want to point out that lets pretend in some magical land this is true. Then why the FUCK wouldn't the police release this information to help calm the tensions. So far they haven't released any information other than some vague altercation crap which is why everyone thinks the police officer is lying. If the police had that many witnesses and information backing up the officers story it would be their duty to release it instead of letting people protest and gassing them every night.

Link? Hasn't the assumption been that Brown was still farther away (even if he was charging) when he got shot? How long of a leap did this kid have to attempt an MMA Superman punch? Or is this when the cop was in the car?

Because on a case that will seemingly depend a lot on witnesses, it could ruin the entire investigation.

Sworn testimonies and the fact you don't have to reveal their information? Plus you don't have to reveal specifics. I guess I don't know how that would ruin the investigation.

Anyways somebody would have came forward by now.
