Last night we completed our first major maintenance to WWE SuperCard. The response to the game has been huge and we needed to make some server changes to improve performance. We also needed fix some people that were stuck on the King of the Ring rewards screen. Both of those things were completed and the servers are running much better now.
Unfortunately, we had a problem with one of our servers during the maintenance that resulted in a small number of you experiencing problems with cards missing, lost progress on levels, or credit purchases not appearing. We are fixing these issues on a case by case basis, and we need you to send in a Feedback ticket with your specific problem. It is not possible to do a global "roll back" or something to fix everyone at once since only a minority of people encountered an issue.
Please do the following to send in a Feedback ticket:
1. Go to the Main Menu
2. Tap on Options
3. Tap on Feedback
This will open an e-mail addressed to us. Enter a message describing the problem you're having. If you have details on particular cards or purchases please include them. If you made a purchase, please include your receipt from your app store (Amazon, Google, or Apple). This will help us get through your ticket much faster and get you back to playing.
