From what I have seen of the game so far, I don't think there are city based tracks. It would be nice for variety purposes, but what they do have is pretty incredible looking.

The original screen shots that started the thread had a lot of artifacting in them. The difference is usually big enough vs better quality screens without as much of the artifacting.

Obviously the noise from the OP's pics aren't as bad as the youtube example here.
