Yeah, they mentioned three sky boxes. I was never a forge guy, but my brother liked to make maps in them. It'll be interesting to see if they do anything new with it.

I don't want to turn this question into something more, but does it seem justifiable to purchase a X1 just for MCC? I have a PS4 and I plan to buy all my multiplat on that console but MCC seems good (I haven't seen all the facts of the game so I don't know if it will be worth it for me)

It's up to you, the only one that needs to justify it is you. No one can dictate your purchase. If you feel like one game does not justify the cost of the console (and no other exclusives interest you) then don't buy one. If one game does justify the purchase of the console then buy it.
Don't let others make you feel bad or good.

If you were a big fan of Halo's MP, yes.
I also buy my multiplats for PS4 but will be dusting off my Xbox One just for this game.
I'm actually making an exception and getting Destiny digitally on XB1 so I can seamlessly transition from MCC and Destiny.

It's kind of a joke on the fact that you need to ping a connection to xbox live to LAN in halo MCC also, this sort of stuff happens if the net drops.

Yeah, it's confirmed to not be in release though. They left the loadouts in the test build that's being played in this Twitch tournament.

This game just keeps getting better and better.
343 Industries has improved a ton in regards to their communication with the Halo community.
They really seem to understand the concerns we had with Halo 4, and you can really see their growth in how they've handled MCC and what we know of Halo 5.
All of the anxiety that surrounded the Halo community the past few years seems to have turned into pure excitement. Feels great

Where did they confirm that this won't be in the final release? I thought they said it would be an option in different playlists or something.

Between CEA and this, Microsoft does anniversary editions right. Also, Killer Instinct was incredible for a remake. I can't wait to see what Phantom Dust is like.
I wonder if that's a tease for Halo 5 music. It seems TOO radically different from the Halo 2 soundtrack.

I just rewatched the part and you got that wrong.
They said: "We wanted to do something meaningful, which would affect the universe permanently".
This could mean so many things, including that she is dead forever. I doubt that, though. It will probably be an other scenario where we have to save Cortana. Well, at least I hope so.
Couldn't agree more. Hopefully this is the start of a much more efficient and prestigious Microsoft/Xbox team.
They showed a little clip of Sierra 117 from Halo 3 (the opening mission in the jungle). We're waiting for the direct feed footage to be released though since the panel was streamed at 30fps. You can definitely see what they upgraded though even with a terrible Twitch stream or Youtube video.
