The ball was coming loose before he was down and the play was whistled dead. An OSU player had the ball too.How could it have been a touchback? No clear recover from what I saw and it surely didn't go out of the endzone.

Agree it was short on knee being down. No way it was a touchdown. Recovery was clearly OSU, but knee was down first. TD after review was ridiculous.
