Usually in these directs they go into more detail about the menus and upgrading and various other possibly unknown features of the game. Just how when they had the W101 direct, it showed us what we were getting as a game whole.

Although I hate over sexualization in general but Bayonetta is making me feel hypocritical feelings. It's a such a good action game and I really like the character.
I think pretty much the same, no matter how many haters may gather, in my eyes, Bayonetta is not sexualized in a derogatory way, she is simply badass, really badass, bad as i gets.
Imo, she is the strongest female in videogames, and still sexy, confident, in charge of the situation. Certainly my fave vg lady.

Kamiya's Iwata impression and the way they hammered home the release date like twenty times made the Wonderful 101 Direct the best one ever (that and the surprise demo, of course), so I can't wait to see what Platinum has in store for this one. I've been holding off pre-ordering to see if they announce a stupidly expensive limited edition.

Ignoring that it'd be an excellent game either way, Bayonetta is one of those few 'sexual' games I feel you can absolutely make a legit points both for and against how it utilizes sexual imagery and I find that absolutely hilarious.

We had a shit ton of info dropped on us during E3, we have the release date, we know Bayo 1 is being included, heck we even know about Bayo's Mech and the included Nintendo themed outfits for Bayo 1.
Smash doesn't seem super likely at this point (the ESRB leak is probably all we're getting at the start) unless Nintendo plans on announcing Smash DLC here with Bayo being one of the first to get it (a good way to circumvent the ESRB ratings as you can simply put "DLC not rated" or "Online interactions not rated by the ESRB").

Agreed. Bayo represents two timeless pillars of power, sex and force, and she dominates in both. She's arguably one of the most powerful characters in gaming.

That said, she's the "alpha male" in the game, she saves the guy, she have the power, she defeats
at the end, and her sexuality isn't used to "seduce" males in the game, but to make fun of them, because she is NOT an object and that's pretty clear for everyone.
I love Bayonetta, she's by far my favorite character from this generation and I can't wait to play Bayo 2 <3
