Working on this now, unfortunately it's not as easy as one would think to get all this coordinated. Bungie could have made some better concessions to managing these systems. But game isn't out yet and I'm sure it will get better, just know we are working on it. Thanks!
I'm in eu 4 what does closed mean ? closed for invitation or do I have request again ?
If you are in you are fine. Closed means to new peopled as there is a 100 member clan limit per group. So once it reaches that limit the group is closed and a new one is opened so people can keep joining. You are fine, no need to request again if you are in a group.

I just closed NA East 6 because it was full, you may have still been pending. Please repost your info and apply to NA East 7 and I will approve you (info is on the previous page). As far as the alliance situation, I'm working on getting the East groups updated. Unfortunately it's not a simple process at this time but it will be updated by launch. Thanks!

There is alot of Ole on bnet but apply to EU 3 and i´ll approve you.
Sent an invite to EU 3.
Also don´t worrie to much on setting your clan yet, it´s all DGAF and the main group is just to gather all, while the regionals are mostly for organisational purposes and are the ones you are supposed to set as clans anyway first and foremost.
After release and when we exactly know the extent of clan/alliance features ingame we will look it all over and adjust accordingly.

If you joined the clan in the beta do you need to join again? I thought I read somewhere that Bungie reset the clans.

That means you join the one that is currently open unless you already got in 1, 2 or 3. There are member caps, which explains the numbers and duplicate groups.
