Does anyone know how to delete character profiles? I let a coworker try Destiny out via remote play, but he created a second Hunter class and I would like to delete it so I have space for a titan and a warlock.


Maybe I'm just stupid and am not seeing it. Any suggestions?

Is PS+ needed for everything multiplayer related or just PVP? Wouldn't mind having people pop in on Patrol mode or while playing missions.

On PS4, you only need PS+ for Strikes, PvP and Raids.

I haven't played the Beta for this and don't actually know much about Destiny, all things considered. Is this a definite buy? I do own all the Halos.

Maybe wait a week. I ended up buying in on Digital really early and now I'm sort of regretting it based on what I've been hearing. I know story wasn't a huge thing for some people in Halo but narrative seems to have really taken a back seat in Destiny. A lot of people have been describing the world as feeling dead when just playing through the story.

I'll know more myself as I play it over the next few days.

Log out of your character and go to the screen where you select the character you want to play as. From there you should be able to hold a button to delete a character.

Apparantly I preordered Destiny a long time ago and I forgot about it.
I just came home from work and there was a little package, I didn't know what it is so I opened it and it was Destiny limited edition.

Thats nice because I was just about to go buy it, but its the limited edition for 109€. Steelbook, expansion pack and some other stuff.
Should I return it and get the standard edition incl. expansion pack for 90€?(takes at least 2 days)

What a sham, the vangaurd pre order weapons are so useless. They can't even be upgraded, and at level 7 I found better weapons from loot and enemies.

So much for pre order bonus.

I was a little bummed about that too. Got all excited for some really high level stuff and it was all level 60 and below.

They reduced the spawn rate for the chests and lowered the amount of glimmer in them. It's in the patch notes.

I really can't wait until I'm out of Control (lol). I played one match and that was plenty, at least until Matchmaking shakes out. Just getting bombed from every angle by people who know every corner of the map and at their lowest points are only controlling TWO nodes instead of all three.

I want to do some Rumble because one-on-one it's a really even playing field. Even the highest level can eat my Level 5 Fist of Havoc and die on it.

PvP and fighting mobs with some buddies for loot is fun enough, but holy shit is the story terrible, and the missions are bland/all follow the same structure. Couldnt spoil it if I tried. Avoid solo play, or you will be dissapointed.

If that's all you're interested in - don't buy.

If you're on ps4, go to party options from the home screen and turn party volume all the way up. Worked for me, using A40's with a mix amp though, I have chat dialed all the way over too.

No, we have to wait until people start reaching the level cap and experience the end-game.

The grind from 1-20 (30?) should just be the beginning of this type of game.

Go to GafClan official page and set it as your PS/Xbox clan. Otherwise, it won't show in the game.

I'm excited to play tonight, but tonight will be the day that the 3 player limit for story parties will be the most annoying. Since a number of peoples' copies are still shipping, we're at 4 people total with the game tonight which is dumb.
