Just been doing patrol missions and got to level 10. Why are there still enemies with ?? as their levels?

?? means they're too far above you for you to damage, essentially, which I think is 5 or so levels? So any enemy of level 15+ is going to appear that way until you level up again.

Game seems pretty fun. Easy, but fun. The story is complete and utter shite though. Can't believe you get this with such a hight budget...

Add Zoukka_FIN if you want a hunter in your team :)
I pretend it is B movie.It is unbelievable how terrible the story isfar far

Next question ( I really feel stupid right now. :c)

If I install this Vanguard dlc I got in my sub account, my primary account can access it right? I cant redeem it in my primary account because the dlc is for a different region

Jesus CHRIST at the handcannon now. I guess it was so useless in the beta the only way they figured to balance it was make it goddamn insane.

Am I the only one who thinks your characters face looks great in the creation screen, great in cutscenes but ugly as shit in the tower? lol

Is there a way to direct link the image of one?

If you've uploaded a screenshot to Twitter or Facebook, simply download it to your pc and then upload to minus.com. Copy and paste the direct link adding

Got up to level 15 with my Titan and I'm just loving life right now. That moon strike is something else. Finally got a decent group and we beat it a couple times, everyone got at least one blue item per run, and on the last one I got 2!

Having a rocket launcher that has homing capabilities is so neat. Glad I only have a small work shift today cuz I just want to keep playing!

So I bought the digital Guardian version off PSN, how in the world do I use my pre-order bonuses? None of the skins, ships are showing up and the Vanguard Armory thing just gives me an error when I try and download it.

I've done everything I can do to try and get help on my Expansion Pass code that's missing. All I can do now is wait for however long it takes someone to actually get me what I paid for. I'm not playing until I have my code so this pretty much ruins my day now.

I didn't know that, thanx. One glitched ( the one under the rusty helicopter) and came up and started owning people.

Played through the opening mission and got to the Tower after having done it twice before in Alpha and Beta. Seems the same and the 1080p sharpness of the PS4 edition is now the X1's, as well. All good, but I'm kinda-sorta disappointed with the loading time between locations. I know there's some network matchmaking going on during this time, but I gotta say that I wish Bungie has prioritized the near-non-existent loading time of Diablo III with Destiny given how often you have to travel back and forth. Also, still not a fan of the overly large layout of the Tower that has you spending thirty seconds or more to walk from spawnpoint to reach the shipwright or the furthest-out vendors and mission-givers...another thing that DIII or even OG PSO makes certain to keep reasonably short by grouping these access points closer together and near to each other. Minor gripes, but still a bit annoying with the load times factored in.

Stupid, Honest Question: What is there to do in Destiny?

* single player
Because of their online implementation, I'd go so far as to say there's barely any "true singleplayer." You can be alone, but you can also find yourself with 3 others in a firefight around the corner. The game is at its best in cooperative play, either against enemies or other humans.

That said, yeah, there's a story campaign to follow, and the typical "loot game" gameplay loop of improving your character to be able to take on tougher content and improve further, etc.
* competitive multiplayer
yes, this all feels very "legit Bungie" and really worthwhile from what I've played so far. It's 6v6 and I've only seen basic modes so far, but it's fun.
* some variation of horde mode?
I don't know about that, but maybe in the sense that there are strikes and a raid that you need to gear/group for.

What makes Destiny unique?
Honestly, lots. Most of the design elements are actually novel outside of quests/mission structure. I think calling Destiny "generic" is the laziest possible criticism. The only game it truly has much in common with is Borderlands, and it differs wildly in tone, art direction, setting(s) gameplay feel, class balance, itemization, multiplayer implementation and focus. Summoning and controlling your "mount" feels awesome. Bumping into and forming hasty incidental teams with random people in the world is awesome. The various ways you can progress your character, including by playing PvP, while also simply seeking out stronger tests of skill, create an addictive dynamic that sits somewhere between Borderlands, Halo, and Diablo-style games on the "dangling carrot" scale.

If you think about the "raid" and idea of gearing up and assembling a good team for "endgame," I'd go so far as to say there really aren't any other games exactly like this. Now, yes, the essence of gameplay is killing aliens with guns and grenades and special abilities, and that has been the case in a million games. But if that turns you off, there's no hope you'll enjoy the game in the first place.
What makes it next-gen? (though, yes, its on last-gen, too)
Meaningless term. Nothing does, never expect any software to be able to honestly characterize itself as "belonging to the next generation." It has the polish you would and should expect of a current generation (XB1 and PS4) game from a reputable studio.

Both my limited edition, and ghost editions are scheduled to be delivered today. I was wondering if anyone had received their Vanguard Armory codes from Amazon yet?? I haven't seen an email yet..

Thanks,

Nick

Pretty sure it will be in your steelbook.

Who did you talk to? Did you try pm'ing one of the bungie dudes here to see if they could help out?
