They are buying the minecraft ip, I am sure they have their own people to work on it why would they want him?

They said he'd be practicing Friday afternoon broham. Still don't know if he can go though.
Ah missed that.

Connor Orr has a nice breakdown of the Giants/Lions game. It's not pretty.

Prince Amukamara is one of the best run-stopping cornerbacks I've seen play in person. He had one snap heads up on Calvin Johnson and challenged him the entire way before drawing a penalty. He yanked a touchdown catch out of Christian Fauria's hands and broke up another potentially-mammoth Johnson catch by sprinting half the field over. It wasn't even close, Amukamara was the best player on the field Monday night wearing a white uniform (Granted, his assignment wasn't as daunting as Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie). Runners up would be Jason Pierre-Paul and Robert Ayers, both of whom provided a decent pass rush against the Lions.

• On one of the Giants first third downs, a third-and-11 deep in their own territory, the run a pass play to Jerrel Jernigan that his four yards inside the first-down marker. Only Larry Donnell is running a route past the marker. Your two best wide receivers, Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle, are both running five-yard stops.

• I now understand why we saw Larry Donnell in as an "upback" type blocker on so many plays Monday night. J.D. Walton could not handle Nick Fairley and it was obvious from the opening snap. I counted three plays in the first half alone where Walton was at least momentarily airborne due to a result of contact from Fairley.

Jacquian Williams had a rough game. Outside of missing a tackle on Detroit's opening play, he gets juked in the end zone by Matt Stafford. Also, Williams again struggled to get to the quarterback. The team is absolutely devoid of second-level pass rushing talent.

Good news for Browns fans

What’s it mean? Players suspended in 2014 league year get new standards. If approved, Welker & Scandrick play Sun. Gordon more complicated

Every 2014 league year suspension will be reviewed, if deal is approved. Josh Gordan failed his drug test in 2013, so wait and see on him.

um....

The two plays in a row he made in the first quarter; skipping around in the pocket and delivering a strike to Boldin 25 yards down the field; and the near trip-up/perfect TD throw off balance to VD were incredible.

People constantly forget Sunday was only his 30th career start (24th in the regular season), still hasn't even accrued two full seasons yet.

After suffering another concussion Monday night, Cardinals LB John Abraham has left the team, quite possibly for good, per sources.

If it wasn't against Dallas, hype would be through the roof as it's probably the best I've seen him play. Bears D isn't much better, so week 3 against Arizona will tell the tale.

That's horrible, hope he can find help and doesn't end up like others and kills himself down the line.

Damn, that's scary. Glad he's stepping away.

Don't worry guys, Congress is on it! The House judiciary committee is going to investigate Goodell.

No word on whether they'll investigate the prosecutor and judge though. That shit wouldn't get headlines and votes!

ESPN's Dan Graziano reported on SportsCenter that there's concern over how much Eli Manning is buying into OC Ben McAdoo's offense.

The Giants were "hoping Eli would be further along than he is," according to Graziano, and Manning is "still having issues with the footwork and timing aspects" of McAdoo's system. It's been a carryover from last year when Manning threw a league-high 27 interceptions.

See? It's not the Giants that suck. Just their QB that they won't ever get rid of.

Decent write up. Hoping they use more man coverage for these corners. Especially DRC.

Stevie needs to step his game up, otherwise I'd hope they bench his ass and try out Berhe or Demps. The LB's other than Beason also weren't very good. I would rather see Kennard get some PT sooner rather than later.

Just read this, FUUUUUUUUUUUUU first off that's really awful and never heard he had memory issues all year, poor guy needs to get out then. Secondly, we can't catch a fucking break this year! Pass rush was already our issue and now we lose the one talented rusher we have (with Wash out). Peterson and Crom are going to have their islands going because Bowles will be bringing the house on blitzes as we don't have the rush talent to do it any other way. Fortunately, those guys should be up to the challenge.

I already expected us to go top Pass Rush available next year with our first pick but now it's a certainty. How stacked will this next draft class be for this? Hoping we can get some solid talent late in the round.

I was a little surprised they didn't try Prince on CJ more during the game. I know Calvin Johnson is going to make a lot of corners look silly, but it was a rough first night for DRC.

Kennard had a hamstring injury in the game, hopefully it doesn't set him back at all. I'm interested to see what he can do as well, it can't be much worse than what they currently have out there.

Wow. The league better take care of him. Hopefully before they instead issue a payout to his relatives.

Thought it was a joke for a second. Then I read the letter. My head hurts.

The memory loss shit is sort of scary how much it changes a person. When my dad was in his accident he had a severe concussion along with the spinal fractures and his memory has never been the same since. Used to be extremely sharp and remember stuff as soon as you told it to him and afterward he has to write it down or be reminded. Some of it could be that he is getting older, but I think the sudden onset was the concussion. He doesn't have memory loss though, just general forgetfulness.

Ron Rivera declines to say where Greg Hardy was. Indicated he would address it at his press conference in an hour.
