One thing I hate about the crucible rewards.

I'll go off, get 25 kills and a 2.5 k/d and nobody else will be above 1 and some other fool gets two blue items and I get jack shit.

So unfair.
 
So... the only Crucible matches are Control, Slayer, and Team Slayer?

Are they really locking out the objective modes (what I'm most hyped to see)? I really want to see CTF gameplay in some desperate hope that maybe I'll have a Halo-esque CTF game on PS4.

It would discourage weak players to even play crucible if they knew they couldn't take first and not get any items.

thats why people talking about Crucible is the place to be get good gear make me laugh

you can go several games in a row without getting a goddamn thing. At least Strikes give you SOMETHING 100% of the time

Idk 90% I'm getting either blue engrams, shaders, or coins. No matter where I am on the score. I also get a lot more money from pvp the PvE.
 
Strikes are the only way to get gear in an efficient manner, I mean it' still about getting lucky but they provide the most enemies per minute and guarantee loot at the end. Anyone not doing strikes for loot is doing it wrong. Although I've been thinking of loading up one of the vex missions with the portals and one shotting vexes for hours while watching some star trek. But I doubt that they'd continue to drop loot.
 
God damn, I'm feenin for some more Skirmish. I have a potluck at my house tonight and I'm surrounded by all my favorite people, but I just want to go play some 3v3, lol.

Make sure you use the right Glimmer for consumable in PvE and that won't be the case. And when you have the grimoire card buff they drop even MORE glimmer under these consumable buffs.

Was playing the game and missed this post. Not sure if you got a straight answer. So here goes:

High impact directly translates to more damage per bullet in PvP. So it is good.

HOWEVER

Most weapons with high impact have low(er) fire rates. So the number of bullets you get to put into your opponent is a lot lesser. Hence your accuracy becomes really important. For your primary weapon, choose higher impact/lower fire rate weapons if you have great accuracy. If you don't, go for the other end of the spectrum or in between. It really comes down to what works for you best. I have terrible aim, so I'd rather go for lower impact higher rate of fire.

Generally speaking, if you are extremely accurate, you can't go wrong with any weapon.

Well the strike went well, damn those can be fast with a good group.

Leveled from 16 to 17 and got a chest and scout rifle upgrade, from a lvl 8 strike. I can dig it

My mic isn't working though. :( I don't know what's going on.

I got a Hunter to 20 and started the New Monarchy grind. I thought a Defender Titan would be a good Strike and Crucible/Control class.

Got first place in my first Control game with a new level 2 character and the default AR.

MUCH TROLLING.
 
One thing is certain, there seems to be no shortage of customization options for your guardian. I rarely come across 2 people that look the same, especially as you go up higher levels.
 
How I would "fix" Destiny.

Add trading
Proximity chat on,/off
Preview for shaders and emblems
Decrypt from ship menu
Bounties from ship menu
Clan menu in game
Change crucible drops to top 3 get something then random between other thee
 
Hit 12 tonight and got my first piece of blue gear, a sweet armor from an engram. It even looks really cool, so that's a nice bonus.

Just realized, if not for one death apiece for the three of us I'd be a part of that 0.3% right now. I like that strike =D
 
It's painfully obvious that this game had a lot of content cut to make money on the DLC. It's too bad I won't be keeping th game long enough for the DLC to come out nor would I probably have paid for it anyways. Hopefully they patch some of these complaints in fast.
