PlayStation Network Thread (Vita/PS3/PS4) | September 2014

Supergiant games are a very small studio. I would not expect a Vita version at the moment.

Was just thinking about if it is possible from a technical point of view. That a game looks "simplistic" doesn't mean anything as far I understands it and to my knowledge they haven't announced a mobile version yet.

They don't need to do it themselves, there are third-party studios that are working solely from porting indie games to traditional platforms.

(if it's possible)This.

Okay people I finally bite. Just bought Danganronpa and Demon Gaze. Can't wait to play tomorrow.

Have fun, two really solid games!

Was Child of Light any good?

Nope. Looked great, sounded pleasant and the battle system is pretty good, but ultimately wasted on boring encounters, tedious sub-systems and the lack of feel in terms of character progression. And then there is the shallow story, weak characters, rushed ending and poor rhyming. I was terribly disapointed by the end, since I rather enjoyed the first few hours. Only good thing is, it takes less than 15 hours to complete, even at 100%.

Just finished Danganronpa. That ending... why you do this to me?

Fantastic game, loved it.

Then you should get DR2! Like, immediately! :D

Dammit.

That's massive, I can't remember her being that endowed.

Either way, please be GGO and not ALO.

Yes, GTFO with that ALO crap.

I'm importing Dengeki Bunko FC so this makes me happy as a huge Valkyria Chronicles fan. But at the same time FUCK SEGA for refusing to give me another VC game let alone localize 3 officially.

That's massive, I can't remember her being that endowed.

Nope she really is. In the really bad anime adaptation (which is only good for Alicia reaction faces and laughing at how they made her a tsundere) they make them BIGGER.

Fun Fact: Margaret from Persona 4, Selvaria, and Erza from Fairy Tale share the same Japanese voice actor.

Usually I'd comment VitaGAF-something, but then you can't blame them when they put that screenshot on. You can't see anything else aside from that.

You know, the Vita is in a strange spot right now. It's getting almost every PS3's games, and not only just port, but improved port. I'm starting to have a tendency of waiting for the Vita to surface later whenever I see a PS3 game gets announced. If it's taking too long without announcement, then I'm just buying the game cheap.

Not sure if this is a good thing or bad thing.

Wait for the inevitable Persona 5 Crimson.

It'll come. Just wish they'd say when. I want it more than skv because I don't really know/care about most of those characters

I got really close to adding the LE to my monthly order on AmiAmi...it may still happen.

In other Vita related news. My 64GB card shipped. Can't wait, I believe I read here before that it is faster to just redownload everything. Is that the case? Only had a 16GB card before so not a ton of stuff on there.

I've heard it's pretty fast if you transfer from PC, but I'm not sure.

You order from SuperUFO?

Mine was quicker using the USB cable to transfer. It took about 30-45 minutes to backup my full 16 GB and the same to restore.

Had credit on Amazon after I canceled my Hyrule Warriors order. So I went ahead and snagged it from a 3rd party seller from California. Hoping it goes smoothly. They have a great rating so I am not to worried.

Depends on your internet. I found it much faster to copy everything to PC and to copy back to my 64 GB. Definitely do NOT transfer to a PS3 though, that is way slower than redownloading. Copying 16 GB to PC or Mac and then back to your 64 GB wont take too long though, I would go that route.

So you don't have to do anything fancy? I just remember when I had to do this kinda transfer on my 3DS it required me to create some folders and move things around in a specific order.

Literally just drag and drop? That would be nice.

You do have to install CMA first on your PC.

The Neptunia U LE was just 2 "drama CDs"? Sounds even worse than the Rebirth one

You just have to install content manager assistant on your PC or mac, like killatopak said. Once you install that and set up your folders, all you do is connect your Vita to your computer via USB (wifi is very slow don't use that), open up content manager on your Vita and check mark every game you want to transfer and press copy. There may be another step where you enter a code to link your computer and vita but that might be WiFi only. It is really super easy.

Only thing to remember is make sure you put in your 64 GB card, start up the vita and log in and authorize it before trying to transfer games back, or it will get all weird. I forgot to authorize first and some games transferred but had messed up licenses or something.

Wait what NO do not redownload everything, use Content Manager, it's a super quick setup. IF you manaually redownload everything (if it's more than a couple games) it will take a lot more effort, the Content Manager is a bit slow (doubt it's slower than downloading though) but it's pretty painless. Download list is suffering.

So I finally got DJ Max Technika Tune (which was one of the reasons why I got Vita by the way) and the game is fantastic but there's one problem I have.

Holding Vita with one hand for the rear touch control setting. How are you guys doing it?? It's insanely tiresome and difficult to hold vita with one hand in a way that doesn't touch the rear pad accidentally. Is there any way I can stick something on the both ends of the rear pad to make the dead zone bigger? Any other way I try to grab it it just makes it very cumbersome to hit the notes with good timing.
Disabling the rear pad isn't really convenient, either.

NFSMW for the Vita is on sale again... Everybody buy it. was the best 5$ game I bought earlier this year and it literally consumed 20hrs of my time. I haven't returned to the game to find all the jackspots and smash the billboards but I can return just to play Multiplayer with y'all.
