everything else "might" give me legendaries if it's as random as some are saying. his almost always turned blue for me anyway

Very true. In fact just a few days ago he gave me 3 legendaries. I was so happy. I don't what I was expecting but he gave me some blues and some coins (not many)

found legendary engram - decrypted to this... i fucking love it!

...It's beautiful...Man I want that! I am happy with my Thunderlord though!

Just tried my AOE grenade on a bubbleshield and it was recovering so fast that I never even saw the health go down with each pulse. Is there a certain type of grenade or character class that can effectively do some damage? My titan gets nowhere.

These Queen's Revenge missions are dumb as hell. They don't even indicate which they are, so you do not know which regular bounties to buy. Two of them gave me the same Queen's Guard chest armor that isn't as good as what I already have, and on the third mission I had to stop, because the regular enemies are immune to the only ammo I have left (why have checkpoints that don't give you your other ammo back?). This is going to go down as the ultimate "Activision game" when it turns out all of the interesting stuff you should have been able to do after level 26 is in the DLC. :-\
ugh

Queen's bounties have a completely different icon than the other two kinds

Break unneeded legendaries into Ascendent materials

Bring Ammo Synthesis so you never ever get into the situation you've described with enemy shields
Lol, I'm pretty certain that none of the AOE grenades would actually do enough damage to cancel out the shields regen anyway, it rebuilds so fast that a bladedancer needs a good few hits to get through the shields.
the damage of the grenade doesn't matter, being dumb enough to enter the shield means death if the titan knows what it's doing. Even if I take him out while dying, that's not worth ending my life that way...
Nope. I can't recall having been killed by opponents with arc blade active.
holy shit. well, maybe one day I will be that good as well. Wait, you've never started to attack a titan, had him Fist of Havoc mid-strike and kill you without taking damage? This has happened to me on the order of 20+ times.

Why don't we all agree to that supers should be removed from the crucible. They're all pretty much super dumb, and bring nothing interesting to the PvP game

Rumble is defiantly the place for the head shot bounties. Went like 10 games in clash and just got mad, and a few in rumble got me what I needed for the queen's missions.

1. Yes, and no when you hit a certain level you can use the vanguard playlist and go wherever.

2. Basically the higher rarities of sparrows get cool things. The initial Sparrow can't airbrake while the green one can and so on and so forth.

Thank you!

And the rare sparrows can't be purchased can they? Because I've seen nothing but greens since release and I've checked everyday.

I think the Titan shield would make more sense in PvP if the titan had to hold that animation with the extended arms out as if they're holding the shield, so they aren't actually capable of singlehandedly going to a point and just controlling it themselves. It's a teambased skill that has ridiculous solo benefit in something like control.

I don't think it should be like that in PvE of course.

Yeah, they can do the smash super into it and do that. But they're basically the only class capable of it.

The problem with making the shield that way, is that it would make it completely pointless outside of Control and salvage. As I said before, I don't really think it's possible to balance the abilities as they are designed.

Oh, and void bomb can blast through the bubble as well.

Lets see, now at level 24 - Hunter, 22 - Titan, 21 - Warlock. I've seen ZERO exotic stuff, and have only gotten 3 pieces of legendary armor (arms for Hunter, helmet for Titan, chest for Warlock). This has included a lot of farming (the earth cave), Crucible play, and bounties. Feels like Ive gotten nothing, gotten nowhere, and have spent a lot of time doing so.

Oh.

Well then more onto that topic I'm not too familiar with Titan Supers but I know I saw a Titan do one ontop of a bubble and I think it went through and killed everyone. Is that a thing or am I crazy?
Correct. Fist of Havoc and Nova Bomb are the only hard counters to the bubble shield (why can't i remember its real name)

Nope. they're fun as fuck. A mode without them would be just fine as an addition.

edit: hawwwwwkmoooooooooon

Well then you've either never seen Xur in the Tower on weekends, not done the Nightfall Strikes, or not done the Raid. You'll find Exotics in those 3 places frequently. Hell, I got 2 yesterday as well as a bucket of Legendaries. Do the Queen's Bounty stuff for easy Legendaries.

I've done this a couple of times. You don't even need to be on top of the bubble. Smashing very close to it's perimeter is good enough. It's a good way to get a lot of kills because people huddle up within the bubble and start slacking under the assumption that it's impenetrable.

As a lowly level 23, even the restoration mission kicked my ass several times before I managed to take it down. Got him down to about 10% virtually every time, but the endless spawns of vandals after that made it tricky!

Still, the chest piece took me over the threshold to 24 and I got a purple rocket launcher into the bargain. ^_^

I would still have a way to offensively spec it in that style. Maybe the titan holds that shield and absorbs it into him to get a super overshield, or pushes it out like an explosion. But yeah I don't expect them to ever mess with stuff like that between modes.

The void bomb is useful against it, though they can see the wind up and back up so I don't think I've seen it kill them since they can just back up. Also doesn't feel worth it if it's just one guy who ran over and used a shield, though I'd do it if a few teammates are clumped in it.

yikes. this makes me want to cry. :-/

This guy's gamertag..OneJewAtATime..offensive?
hm. yeah a little
I deeds it! I beat the crucible thingy!
gun's as good as yours

I'm able to sniper rifle his face enough times to kill him before he even moves from the spot he drops down to. Did you try that?

That's how I felt until this past weekend where I went from all blues except one legendary scout rifle to legendary and exotic everything. It was fantastic. But, I bought the exotic chest plate and rocket laucher from Xur, bought the helmet and shoes from the Vanguard. Then I found a legendary secondary and gloves.

Doing bounties to level up Vanguard is the fastest way to get Legendary stuff, doing the weekly for strange coins to buy from Xur. You'll have just as much luck with random drops doing bounties as you will farming because it's all so damn random.

Is there such a thing as a legendary sparrow?

There should be. The upgrade from Xur roughly reads "upgrades a rare or higher sparrow to have more speed and durability".

You certainly can't buy them yet though.

Finally murdered Xyor and now I have my first Exotic... that stupid Thorn that apparently everybody hates :(.

That's because it's shit. It's a cool looking weapon but every other legendary or exotic hand cannon beats it. Hell even the rare hand cannon with 11 rounds is better than it.

i am given a choice for 3 exotic bounties for weapons

which one GAF?

The Summing Pits moon strike (A light in the Dark)
