I don't have vid, but I'm making an image right now to describe. It's really easy and a surefire way to get through the second phase without any casualties.
Please let me know if our theory was right! Who knows, the chest thing might have been a glitch.
That's the bigger question, especially since the other armor is all samey looking. Being able to get all the exotic stats would be too much, but I don't see why we can't have the visual part of it on.

the raid bosses on their own aren't anything special, but rather the mechanics surrounding the fight are what make the encounter different. i wish there were more bosses with exploitable weaknesses.

At 18 you're essentially at the mercy of the RNG to give you gear with light on it until you can save up enough marks, motes or coins to purchase legendary+ equipment.
The truth is that aside from the the trivial quantity of vanguard marks you get from the playlist, there is no value over choosing it over the lower leveled version found on the map.

I've finally broken the level 20 barrier and almost level 22, should i just do queen missions to get better gear? still haven't gotten any legendary anything yet

Probably because each exotic increases 2 properties of a guardian having mutiple pieces increasing multiple properties would start getting a bit silly, specially in pvp.

Yeah, I don't know what the ability is, but it's bullshit that certain players get an overshield in multiplayer. It was some super either. I ran into the guy like 30 seconds into the match.

There is zero point in joining multiple faction for special armor or anything if regardless raid armor is the best. I was going to get my chest and boots from FWC and gauntlets from another faction for a better effect, but raid armor is the best armor so far so my build is going out the window?

I want to make a video on how to cheese this fight, but I keep forgetting to record lol.
You basically have the whole team wipe so they are on the top ledge.
Then assign someone to be the relic carrier. He's the only one who jumps down, grabs the relic, and the boss fight starts.
There's a way to climb your way back up to where the rest of the team is standing. It involves equipping the talent that gives you the highest jumps and using the relic in teh air to glide by hitting R1 a few times.
Once you're up there, you're just shooting your super at the boss to knock his shields out, and your team is pretty much safe. Just keep them cleansed and voila.

Suros Regime is the best buy u can make in regards to a primary. Its awesome. Upgrade it then aim down the sights and fire nonstop and get accurate headshots all the time. Never hip fire it as all its power is in its aiming modifier and low recoil. If it has the high calibur rounds modifier, use that to stagger enemies and bosses alike. You can face to face fight with many bosses because of this if u plug away at their heads.

Defenders melee ability is an over shield after a kill.
Titans get a little bubble when we sprint. It doesn't last very long though.

I calculated the stats I would get with FWC items + exotic helm + NM gauntlets and I liked it, but still---raid gear is the only gear that can get me to 30. So it doesn't matter what stats I want if I was to be a level 30
I deleted it from existence. Sorry. But no kid, I don't want to see it on my PS4 for at least a week.
I think you can easily find a youtube video on how to cheese the third phase. I'll post an image in a few minutes with an explanation though.
