I assumed he was complaining that he has had it for a while and now people can buy it, since the gun has dropped from RNG in crucible before for some here. Guess I read that wrong.

As I said, they do a little bit of it now. If they want gearing to be interesting that is the direction they should continue to go vs RNG that that just says "sorry, this is actually junk". In fact, I'd love it if they just got rid of exotic items and extended those types of perks to all gear slots.

void fusion rifle and go to the free-for-all gametype. Run around with the fusion rifle. I got my 500 void points in 6-7 matches. Just don't run around aimlessly and always surprise the enemies. It's easier as a voidwalker admittedly.

Yes... but it's a legendary and I got if from the raid. I don't know if you can get primary weapons with elemental damage outside of the raid. It would have to be a legendary at the very least I assume.
