Is it true that level 29 randoms are actually blocking the loot caves? WTF is wrong with people?

But that does leave the question of why did Bungie not make a function on all of the spawning areas so they wouldn't have to patch each one? Or at least not check to make sure every spot is fixed.

I had a shotgun that did void damage. I also played FFA, that made it super easy.

Look at it this way. You get two void kills. You'd have to die five times without getting a void kill to erase that progress. It's not too tough.

Keep in mind the quest you're given in Orbit is random and some are hard as shit. If you don't like it, you can warp back to Orbit and start another one which might be the same but usually changes. I typically did this to run the one on Earth which is terribly easy.

Alright sweet, I've just gotta change characters since I've started a new one so only level 4.

Edit: What we need to do is load the mission, if its on any planet apart from Earth then quit until we get Earth. It's super quick on Earth.

Just get the gun if your a auto rifle user. I had 29 coins and wanted to save it for last word. If you have more then 29, I say go for it. Its definitely a kick ass weapon.

Looking at the Hunter Helmet available from Xur this week has me thinking about something. One of the things I've been trying to do is avoid as much info on items I don't have so I can be surprised when I personally find something awesome in-game. Now I'm really torn, because the helmet is pretty cool, but with the ADS radar it would mostly come in handy while sniping, and I have patience and time which already has that perk (plus invisibility during ADS which means while using PaT I can pick something else in my sub-class or the Gunslinger sub-class.

My dilemma, is this Helmet going to be the best choice for me, or will something better suited to my play style come along? Should I look up all known Hunter Helmets or be surprised? And add in my Exotic chest piece that has a perk that only helps the Blade Dancer. Should I also look up chest pieces, because if I buy the Helmet, I'd probably shard the chest piece for the ass mats since I can't wear them at the same time.

Too many decisions, and I don't even know what all of my choices are.

Perhaps Bungie is aware that people have stashed away a ton of legendary engrams across multiple classes? The company has made it abundantly clear that they'll make changes to the game if players don't engage with it in the manner Bungie envisioned. Downgrading those saved engrams will force the OCD player to continue grinding for more content - and we know that's precisely what Bungie wants.

I know. I was simply stating that many people will be disappointed to learn the "legendary" engrams" they've been saving will be worthless.

In my opinion you should always aim for the helmets. There are always two exotic helmets for each class that give a bonus for each of the subclasses.

For the hunter that would be Achlyophage Symbiote and Mask of the Third Man. The first one giving you a fourth shot as a Gunslinger and the second one using less super energy using Bladedancer. I have both in my inventory and switch between them when I change my subclass.

Their worth is equal to the engrams that the rest of us have been getting. It would be unfair to suddenly give them more worth. Hoping that Bungie will suddenly give the hoarders an advantage by increasing the values was kinda naive by the people who thought not decrypting would net them a profit so to say.
 
I was ready to pack Destiny in for good... until i attended EGX yesterday and had my photograph taken on the Sparrow hover-bike.

I logged in today and played enough until i could purchase my first piece of legendary armour, and now i want more. But the problem is that i don't have any friends on the Xbox One who also have this game.

Would anyone be up for helping me take on the Weekly Heroic Strike? My gamertag is YesConsiderably, i'm on right now, and am playing as a level 24 Hunter.
 
Shit, by the time I get 5 more coins, everyone in the game but me is going to have the Suros. I only had about 30 mins to play last night and I'm currently at work :/

It's only for primary weapons so it won't help with sniping

Hmm, I have about 60 if memory serves. And I am saving them for a rainy day. Also, would've bought it without hesitation. But I know my luck, with the patch it will suck. What time does Xur leave? I might buy it last minute.

Maybe I'll pass this week. Still don't know. If I get the one with ADS radar, It would make it easier to put aside my Exotic Sniper, and use Suros Regime all of the time.

It's a known bug. If you are logged in before the daily refresh you can do them once the bounty guy refreshes. If you then log out and log back in after the refresh you can do them again later.

I mean it's not a bad helm for PvP. I wouldn't fully upgrade it though. Maybe only upgrade it until it needs ass shards to continue and use it as a transitional helmet until you get a better one.
 
I dont know why we are doing them (maybe for the Sniper I didnt get) but we are going to do the Queens missions for a bit. Room for one more on PS4. Let me know if you wanna come. I will see if PSN works. Nick_or_Dawood

Hopefully they add a fix with the patch. It's pretty obnoxious as is.

Really would like an option to buy stuff from Vendors through the Destiny app. If I find out rare Fusion Rifles are on sale and I can't get to them in time I'll be pissed.

I'm sure it would help people out who want to get something rom Xur but wouldn't be able to for some reason.

So that's what's been doing it, I could never figure it out. It's been great for levelling gear, having so much extra stuff to turn in.
