Pacific Rift has replays, and the photo mode is used in that replay. You can't save the replay it plays after the race is over if you let it go iirc. I loved it.

I'm pretty sure that's not the case. They specifically talk about a limited selection of them to choose from, but nothing about a livery editor. How long ago had you heard this?
I read today an article about Driveclub, AI is agressive and clever
super agressive/unfair (especially later on), the penalty system also deosnt help things. the 2 people didnt go into much more detail (embargo and all), but this seems to be a big problem according to them.
disclaimer: i have the game on pre-order since june last year and still look forward to it.
