That Norway track looked like a racers dream.

What!? How is that even possible when we just got videos from Rapier.
I don't get why the videos encoded at 60 fps, I want to see how the game will run on my PS4, not a high end PC, Blim can you please run videos at the same fps as the source?
It's a little annoying, i can't get an impression how well the game deals with 30 fps.

Yeah loving this track design I'm seeing. Very fast around corners, super fast down straights into sharp turns, open scenary to view the incredible draw distance, etc.
They need to make videos with quicker day/night cycle and do some sunset style videos. Ooo yeah. I could be missing it, just downloading one video right now, work speed is super slow

Watched the Ferrari Chile video, looks about the same except for the jagged edges, don't know if there will be a patch at launch but looks amazing nonetheless.

So if you buy an Avermedia card and record your gameplay the game will look magically better?
We always capture and encode our videos at the native output of the console. So even if the game is 30 fps, the console still outputs 60. Some 30 fps sometimes have issues with stuttering, not shown (or made worse) when encoded at 30. Not the case with DriveClub though.

They also said ac4 looked better on x1 a while ago. That's when i stopped bothering giving them clicks.

Bullshit, I just saw some of the Gamersyde videos.
I like to download the videos and watch it on my Media Player, better quality than a stream.
By gameplay videos I obviously mean the ones we saw from gamersyde.

From what I see out of the Gamersdye videos the IQ looks the same from before. I'd love some in-car view racing though too

Just watched one video so far. The desert stage. I wanted to see how it compared to the video released a few days back.
It looks good but the image quality in my opinion isn't as amazing looking as the video from a few days back. There are still some jaggies and shimmering apparent on the boot of the car which sort of looks like moving squiggly white lines. The mountains in the backdrop seemed to have taken a hit to the textures. Like I said, it looks good but unfortunately to me anyway not as good as those videos shown last week. They must have had some sort of post processing effects added in.

It really doesn't make sense. The graphics don't look as good as the graphics look like in videos is a strange conundrum.
Those Gamersyde videos are glorious though. That India race at night is just so cool.
The 60 fps part of our videos shouldn't be a problem, since basically every second frame is duplicated. It's the bitrate that's killing your player, and I can't really do anything about that.
You can try using an extension to download our streaming version (or look in the html code of the stream page, just searching for mp4 should do)

So people were right to be skeptical of the promo vids recently. Game looks bonkers but I never expected it to have flawless IQ like those vids showed.
