It's easy to say this when you're caught up to both the anime and the manga but for all I knew this was where the current story arc was headed. I'm just saying to have a little courtesy for others and properly mark what something may be from, regardless if it's fake or not.

Nice edit.

Wow you are really invested in manga, sorry.

So now the "Shonen" fighting manga's left in Jump(Not including newcomers with under 40 chapters) are: One Piece (Which won't end for another 4+ years easy), Bleach (Which Kubo will milk for another 1-3 years), HxH (Which will be on Hiatus forever), Toriko (which just went into it's second half this year), World Trigger (I don't read so I can't say) and Gintama (Which could possibly be getting close to ending if the current arc is anything to go by).

I would not consider Gintama a typical shonen fight themed manga.

Fuck thats what, 4 chapters left at best? I cannot believe the biggest fight in the manga will only be a couple of chapters long. This is going to be the most rushed ending I've seen since Avatar: TLA. With so little room left for the fight, the aftermath, or any sort of epilogue, I'm left thinking they're setting up for a part 3 :/

It's been quite a ride. Loved the story from beginning to end, even though there were some missed chances, I really adored the manga for all these years. I'm excited to see how it will end.

Eh, Naruto had it's up's and downs for me, and recently more downs than up, But yea, it's been alright overall. Certainly not hungry for more Naurto stories. Just need a decent conclusion and we're good.

I thought Bleach would be the one to end first, but man, Kubo just keeps putting new characters, with their battles being dragged out. Shit, it feels like gonna keep it going for another year or two.

One Piece though, is another 10 years so that's all need.

Please PLEASE don't be rushed. But IF I was Kishimoto I would of ended the story at the Pain Arc then have the Naruto Vs
Sasuke
Fight. We didn't need a great ninja war or any of that stuff TBH.

Its been 10 years now since I started reading Naruto. Gonna be very weird not gonna getting new chapters and all. It was an interesting part of my life. Very excited the see the end.

I'd say it's time. The manga has been getting weird lately.

Hahaha

Torkio will be the Naruto replacement for sure and I will be crossing my fingers for a new series from Obata/Ohba (pls)

Passed out in the cave where Sasuke and Itachi fought Kabuto

I thought Kabuto absorbed her cursed seal which I assumed left her dead right?

Its a shame they never used her character much, like so many characters from the original cast that Kishi has foregon.

I haven't followed it in about six or seven years, so I'm curious to see how it ends. Was a huge fan as a kid.

Avatars ending really wasn't all that rushed.

What if they don't show the fight? Only the fallout in the movie?

Maybe with some flashbacks of the fight littered throughout the movie?

Wow, the final fight hasn't even really started yet. Considering there's gonna have to be at least a small epilogue, that only gives 3 or 4 chapters for the fight.

I am in awe of people who can follow a single series for such a enormous length of time.

I really tried, but I kinda gave up after that dude trapped people in a gourd for saying words that they like to say.

I can't even fathom how much more insane it got.

Honestly... its enough time. Most Naruto fights have a TON of flashbacks that extend the duration of fights but when you take those out the fights are generally only a couple of chapters long if that.

The real question is will the final chapter be the normal amount of pages (like 20 generally) or will it get an extended final chapter to cover everything properly, personally I'm doubting it (maybe save it for the animes end) and I don't think they can wrap up everything with all of these characters even if they used the whole book of that week just on Naruto.

If any diehard Naruto fans are looking for a new manga to pick up when this ends then I can't recommend Fairy Tail enough.

It takes less than a minute to read once a week.

It's not really a huge commitment.

Until your backlog is 500 chapters. And some of dubious quality.

If you're sad about Naruto and want a cool ninja show, check out Basilisk.

Ninjas: Check
Busty ninjas: Check
Crazy powers: Check
Eye magic: Check
Duels: Check

It's also quite violent, perfect for people who like Naruto battles but kind of wish he got decapitated. I haven't read the manga, but supposedly the show is pretty faithful. The manga is only five volumes and the TV show is 24 episode, WITH cool openings and endings.

will the naruto ending have a time skip? there really isn't a reason for tsunade to step down and let naruto become hokage. the movie will be about naruto and friends a couple of years into the future. the manga time skip if it has one will probably be further into the future and we'll see what happened to the more popular characters. this way they can keep making naruto movies and just fill in some of the details from the last chapter.

.

Kubo is rushing like fuck, the new characters are introduced die next chapter and fights barely lasting 2-3 chapters the pace is so jarring as he should be slowing down with this arc and show us more about Quincy and royal guard

For how much shit this series gets (and deserves, because it suck big time, and it has for years), i'm going to miss it.
I remember being 10 years old and picking up issue N°1, immediately fell in love with it.
So yeah, no matter how it is quality wise, it'll always have a special place for me.

Now curious to see who's gonna take its place (and Bleach too, since it looks like that too it's gonna end soon-ish).

I've been waiting for this moment for so long, now that it's actually here Kishi pulls this shit

At least Bleach seems to be ending on a high note, which is surprising because it was pretty much unmitigated trash starting with the White Invasion at the latest.

This also made me look up when we hit the halfway point in One Piece: 2010. 4 years ago. That means another 8 at least.

Well, I won't complain. Fishman Island and Punk Hazard weren't that hot but Dressrosa is Episode VI: Return of Goda.
