I think Six (Jason Lives) is where he full on becomes a zombie. He gets resurrected by a lightning bolt on accident. He's not in Pat Five and I can't remember which one Four is, but I think he's still a disfigured human looking thing.

Also, he runs when you're not looking at him. Duh.

I remember in jason x hes become a known thing and they keep him in deep freeze. I just watched part 3 so we'll see what happebs in 4.

I feel like I should have put that thing about Part Five in spoilers now. Jason Goes to Hell opening spoilers:
he's a known thing in it as well. The FBI sets up a fucking trap with some live bait to catch him and blows him to pieces. The rest of the movie is him living inside other people.
What a fucking movie...

Favorite Friday the 13th moment.

Almost chose Jason's hatred of boomboxes but this one is pretty funny too.

Favorite horror movie

Scared me to death because of the antagonist design.

So much love for Jason X.

It's just too entertaining. I saw it with a really amped up midnight audience and it was easily one of my favorite movie going experiences. It isn't my favorite film in the series but it did a great job of washing out the awful aftertaste of Jason goes to Hell so I will always look back fondly on it.

1. Favorite death scene is the Freeze from Jason X. Not bloody/gory or anything, but it is an example how death scenes in a long-running series put into sci-fi can work.

2. Evil Dead 2. The amount of blood, guts, and oddly places humor made this such a fascinating film for me. I remember renting it at the video store just because the skull with the eyes looked so menacing. Bruce Campbell then became my here, whom I've met twice.

1. my favorite ( at least one of them ) and most vivid scene in my memory is:

from Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday

2. Favorite horror film: obvs have a lot, but one I can always rewatch and enjoy is Dawn of the Dead remake.

So many people love Jason Goes to Hell too.

I'd love to know how many people love certain movies now vs how much they were pained in they initially came out.

Awesome thread! Thanks for the link to The 13th Floor. I'm always happy to find a new G+ community to get into.

Favorite Friday the 13th moment has to the lake jump scene at the end of the original. So good.

Favorite horror film overall is Re-Animator. I just love pretty much everything about it.

My favorite part is the eye popping out in the third.
I remember seeing it as a kid, i was scare.

And THE THING is my favorite horror movie.
The ambiance is so spot on and the FX are really good.

1. Favorite moment in a Friday movie:

2. Favorite series is definitely the ANOES series and it is so hard to pick an individual movie. Halloween or Alien, probably, since I can't pick the ANOES series as a whole

1. The scene from Part VI where Jason shoves the girl's head through the side of the RV. I have lovingly and meticulously crafted that very scene for you all in GIMP.

2. My favorite horror movie of all time is The Thing. The combo of practical effects, atmosphere, and R.J. MacReady makes it unbeatable. Thanks for the opportunity!

1. Friday the 13th: 3D is my favorite of the series because it was shot with 3D in mind, so everything is IN YOUR FACE!

fridaybox_shot3l.jpg

Plus, it has the best theme song.

2. My favorite psychological horror film is The Haunting (1963), and my favorite gore horror film is Night of the Living Dead (1990). Why? They are both very well done, endlessly rewatchable and have always scared the crap out of me for different reasons. They're also timeless, but don't take my word for it ;)

My favorite moment in a Friday the 13th film is the decapitation of Ms. Voorhees. I love head decapitation/explosion effects and that moment was my first experience of that kind.

Eraserhead

I want to win all the things!

My favorite Friday the 13th moment is when Jason punches a dudes head off into a dumpster and the dumpster lid is knocked closed in Jason Takes Manhattan.

I'd say my favorite horror movie is 28 Days Later.

In hopes of finding my good friend doge and in support of our horror community this has been bumped. May the doge be ever in your favor.

My favorite thing involving the series actually is not an in movie thing, it is the memories that come with it.
I have alot of memories of my cousins and spending time with my family up there being exposed to the movies and it is something that is a huge bit of nostalgia that I will never let go of.

In movies it is either when he first wears his mask

or of course He's still there...

I really dig the microsoft paint recreation.

....we should have demanded ALL entries draw their favorite scene(s).

Next contest.

My favorite moment is when Jason kills Kevin Bacon. Because he kills Kevin Bacon.

For favorite film, I'll say Poltergeist but there are several and I can't really decide.

1) My favourite F13 moment is the reveal of Jason's shrine to his mom in part 2. Dude has issues!

2) Favourite horror movie will always be The Thing. I can rewatch it over and over and never get sick of it.

Omg, I love this so much.

Thanks! Those are just the first ones that came to my head. Honorable mention: Watching censored Fridays on USA Up All Night marathons.

Vote for me so I can make more gifs

EDIT: Don't vote for me. A WrassleGAF bro gave me his codes for the collection. Ultraviolet is GARBAGE. What a terrible, terrible system. It's just one big DRM circle jerk. "Play it on any device!" as long as you have the app downloaded. You can download your moves to your PC, but they can only be played through the Flixster app. It seems there is zero way around this. This means you can't change anything. You can't change the size. You can't make things brighter or darker if you want. Nothing. Your only options are full screen, closed captioning, and volume. If you want to stream, they are HEAVILY pixelated and action scenes look terrible. I had never used UV for anything until tonight and was instantly turned off to the entire idea of it.

My favorite moment is easily Jason jumping out of the lake near the end of the original.

My favorite horror film is probably the original Nightmare on Elm Street. Such a perfect premise for a horror villain...
