That awkward not-handholding was too adorable. The film was pretty cool too. There's still some loose threads hanging around though. Hopefully they get resolved well before this ends in a few weeks.
I'm also debating if I should keep up with Yamada or just wait until things get interesting again. I love how there was all this setup for an Odagiri-focused arc and instead we're focused on some long-haired dude instead. Lame.

Glad to see we're getting another shitty ass boring Arrancar arc...said no one.
I appreciate Kubo making the villains more varied but I feel like everyone here that's a new character is something we've already seen in the series or something we've already seen in another anime. There's a lot of variety, but nothing here is fresh or exciting whatsoever.
It's a shame cause the flashback arc was pretty good but then it went back to the directionless battle-after-battle formula that Bleach is infamous for.

That review talked about stripping away the senpais which I thought wasn't the best as the arc they covered isn't as strong without their hovering presence. Either way it amazes me that this is a actually a thing, and it had run for a few shows.
