Seems like it. I just tried to look for it for science.

The way I learned how to do it was by just practicing it in my off time forever. Mike Ross explained it once, just do it when you have idle hands, I piano on my desk at school. Some thigns I can't piano though, so I just slide.

I'm trying to do it with Gen in SF IV. I think the inputs were LP>MP>HP>MP>HP but I can never seem to input it fast enough to spacial cancel into it from a normal move.

Now if we're talking about fighters that have anime adaptations, that list is too long for me.
With Gen, I'm usually doing it off of cr.MP pokes. So I just plink MP~LP, then LP~MP~HP.
I just kept grinding it out until I could. Doing stuff off of cr.MK like Decapre's tough though for me.

From what I've seen Chu Chu is good but I'm not sure if he's Capcom Cup good when there are a good amount of players yet alone Viper players, who are better than him. I personally think RB's Viper is better than his for example.

They do. Whenever I grew out my nails I'd always break one playing FGs.
Anybody who can play on stick without breaking a nail is pretty high tier.

Gotta give ChuChu props for playing the system. I hope he actually beats someone good just because it'd be funny. The only time I ever saw him play he beat Infiltration so maybe he's legit. The system is simply flawed. I mean is him winning online tournaments any better than Justin going to PAX and beating Noel Brown and Sherry Jenix? It's been exciting to follow though. I have been keeping track and I don't play the game. I wish we had an NRS Cup.
I wouldn't have even known about it if Zhi didn't talk about Gamerbee pushing Daigo in the pool lol
