I think it'll be in Ultron and not the infinity wars. Just because I think that's too subtle of foreshadowing for the average non comic book fan to wait 4 years for the payoff.

It's Marvel. They're playing the multi-decade plan. I'd place it during Infinity Wars. It'll be quite the cliffhanger or redemption moment. It'll be amazing for that.
