At the PS4 reveal event Sony stated that "Every single 1st party studio is working on a PS4 game" so yes they are. I believe they worked on a Vita one for a bit but got moved to PS4 at some point - probably why it's taking a while for them to show.

Yeah, I wasn't sure what Double Eleven were going to bring, I just went with Frozen Synapse because the PS3 version will be releasing next month. Like Double Eleven, some of the others are publishers, and I just guessed at what they would show, they could have multiple games. And thanks for the info about Nine Tail Studios.
