lol, kicks.
Yeah, I can already see it.
Wells and Catilin being on the top of some big science pillar and she's like: "What do we do Mr. Wells?" And while she looks desperately to the ground where Cold is forcing Cisco to work for him, Walls stand up from his chair behind her. "We won't let Cold get more power." She turns confused, unable to process what she sees and Wells kicks her 300 style into the glowing greenscreen pillar.

And thus she get her powers and super paranoia against the people she used to love.

Or pokes really hard with his intense science boner.

Oh snap, that'd be amazing.

But then Well's cover would be blown cause you know Caitlin would reveal the truth when she gets back to Barry unless she's driven insane.

BARRY: Did you kick her, Wells?
WELLS: Barry, I'm in a wheelchair.
BARRY: Oh, well...
CAITLIN: He's faking it.
BARRY: I refuse to believe that.

There's already the Flash-Iris-Eddie triangle, so there's no need for Caitlin to get involved in that. More so given that Firestorm is coming.

It's the CW even their triangles have triangles. It's not a CW show unless the lead is pining over at least two women.

He was hopped up on pain meds.

Ok I think Wells is Don Allen: http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Don_Allen

Don Allen was the son of Barry and Iris Allen, conceived in the 30th Century after his father's retirement, but born after his death in the first Crisis. He and his twin sister Dawn inherited a fraction of his speed.[1] Since they never knew their father, they often felt jealous of their cousin Wally West, to whom Barry was a father figure.

Caitlyn tries to get back together with Ronnie once Firestorm Appears, but Ronnie rejects her. This causes an emotional breakdown triggering the first manifestation of her Ice Powers

Wells is Eobard Thawne, furthering the Time is Cyclical themes of Comic Books, Wells makes The Flash, 5 centuries later Eobard becomes obsessed with the Flash, turns himself into reverse Flash, wants to defeat the Flash, but Flash is long dead. He pours over news paper articles, sees a picture of himself but is titled Prof. Harrison Wells, realizes he's Wells travels back in time to be Wells and creates the Flash.

Cisco is messing around with pointlessly High tech Boombox system he creates, it explodes and he becomes Vibe

Oh god, this would be amazing.

Muscle regeneration doesn't help you lift more. He superstrong. That's the low level of superstrenght..lifting more than humanly possible, especially considering his thin frame. Those muscles could never support those weights. No matter if they fatigue or not.
And Spidey isn't low level strong,. Vampires in popular fiction have superstrenght. Spidey is waaay past that.
Err what? Muscle regeneration is very key in muscle growth and strength, that's how muscles get stronger. That's why you train them, to trash them, and spur regeneration/growth. If someone regenerates at very high speed they could train more often and grow much faster.

This is the key with any sort of physical training. Something that Cap always seems to be doing a lot of.

Is he superhuman? Maybe, but it's not much that above being a strong human.

Also is this still the Flash thread? DIS MARVEL.

I really like the idea of
Wells accidentally ir purposefully turning Eddie into Reverse Flash.
It'd be crazy tragic but dramatic as fuck. We'd get a
hero turned unwitting villain storyline there that'd hurt all the main characters.

Finally watched the latest episode. Best episode yet in my opinion and wonderfully paced. The show just keeps getting better and better.

Yep, it's pretty good. Eddie is very lovable, so him suddenly turning sinister would be odd. Worst case scenario though is that it goes the route of ASM2 and Eddie hates Flash because "YOU DID THIS TO ME"

I hope he makes the transition in rhythm to a super fast beat techno song too.

If TV Flash was more like Comic Book Flash (and by that I mean competent in the use of his powers) then Arrow would be toast, training or no training. TV Flash, however, occasionally seems to just kind of forget he has powers at all and gets the crap kicked out of him by random thugs and other morons who shouldn't be able to lay a finger on him, to say nothing of a Batman-wannabe like Ollie Queen.

Generally speaking though, people who can comfortably outrace goddamn lightning shouldn't have a lot to be worried about when fighting some chump with a bow and arrow. "Good Planning" has been the #1 BS reason for "cool" characters to win fights they have no business winning since at least the bronze age of comics. The only way for Ollie to win a straight conflict with Barry would be to refuse to play. If it actually comes down to fisticuffs, Barry would win 100% of the time in any sane universe. The Arrowverse, fortunately for Ollie, is anything but a sane universe.

My only problem with what they are trying to do, and I know it's mostly just based on the names of the characters and a bit of foreshadowing rather than any concrete spoilers. Is in a short period of time you could have 3 'friendly' characters (Wells, Caitlin Snow, and Eddie) all turning into villains/antagonists of varying degrees. It's not only a bit one note, I'm not sure the show is really currently really tonally set up for it, certainty not if it's all pushed in the one season. You've already got the Wells subplot, and with Firestorm turning up soon you'd imagine that would be the launching point for Killer Frost if they're going down that route, and if Eddie is the reverse flash then that would be an awful lot of angst in a show in a short period of time which typically keeps it relatively light and cheerful

We still have the Rogue plot. I hope they push them and their code of honor fast. This of all things could give Barry stability and light.

Well, current Eddie could take a while to develop into that guy. Meanwhile his future self would be in the present and that is the reverse flash that Barry interacts with.

Or we could all be completely wrong and these references are just red herrings.

Regarding Killer Frost, they could always just drop the "Killer" and make her "Frost," like they did with Green Arrow. Then she doesn't even need to be a bad guy.

not sure i'm feeling the crossover for tomorrow and wednesday. looking forward to the following week if the synopsis given away by U-Verse is anything to go by.

Nice! And they directly address the inherit power gap between the two. Also like the nickname thing.

ok nickname thing was hilarious, but how did they really address the power gap? they say that it exists, sure, but not how it's overcome. I guess that's why we have to watch the episode... (thinking as i type) i'm a dummy.
