I would like Titanfall on PS4 as well. I played the XB1 version when I visited my family this past summer and I really enjoyed it.

All those are unlikely, Naughty Dog has its hands full with other projects (including Uncharted 4, a rumored new IP, a rumored sequel to TLOU plus the obvious Uncharted collection) and Sony has a problem with Activision owning the license, plus the commercial potential of the title nowadays is dubious at best.
Shenmue 3 isn't happening because the series didn't have commercial success even back then and if they actually wanted to give it a second chance the first step would be to release Shenmue1&2 remastered as digital downloads. This might happen if Sony is interested, since Sega doesn't even care about their own games
If Grim Fandango could get the remaster treatment I believe that Shenmue1&2 might as well, Shenmue 3 is just a dream at this stage.FFVII remake has the highest chances to happen among those titles (and that says it all!!), it's a huge project that everyone wants, one of the most acclaimed game ever, it would make tons of money and it would help both Sony and Square Enix significantly.
Why it hasn't happened yet....well Square Enix hasn't the resources and know-how to make it happen by themselves considering how low they've fallen, they need Sony or an other big publisher to step in and bring with them not just money but most importantly a clear direction and the development skills to develop such a big project on a timely schedule. Still the business opportunity is huge and obvious, the Kitase team has finished their work on the FFXIII trilogy months ago and they have to think about what's next and if Sony were interested to help them I think it could happen.

As for sony, they're doing a great job really spreading the good vibes. It genuinely feels like a celebration, when you see articles all over the place and activity on Twitter. Such a great community surrounds PlayStation. More people than are behind Nintendo and a greater and longer legacy than Microsoft (both great companies and Nintendo's place in history is assured lol, as is Microsoft's, in my eyes. Halo is as memorable and jaw dropping an experience for me as my first taste of PlayStation 1 with Gran Turismo). But the sheer community and goodwill towards Sony these days is incredible, I'm very happy to be part of that community in my own small way.

I will say this, I've never actually played a Crash Bandicoot game. I grew up on Nintendo and PC before finding my way to PlayStation after breaking my WoW addiction around the time of the early PS3. So while I feel no nostalgia for Crash, I would love to see a new one handled with proper care by Sony for no other reason than me being a huge fan of 3D platformers.
If a new entry were announced, I envision it being a quality PSN title for both PS4 and Vita. Developed by Sony Japan!

This hype train is beyond any capacitive measure. We've had the gamut of inexplicable outcomes:
1. Crash is returning
2. Shenmue 3 is a thing!
3. FFVII Remake
4. Street Fighter is Exclusive
5. Also, Dragon's Dogma is exclusive.
6. Also, Dragon Quest is going to be there.
7. PS1/PS2 Emulation
8. Cheesecake will be served.

You can't. For instance, not a single one of those games would excite me in the slightest (well, OK, Crash would a bit). Point is that they can't make everyone happy - everyone has different tastes.

Play the Crash Bandicoot series in order. Only 1-3.
1 is the most difficult, and my personal favorite. Hasn't aged as well as the others.
2 is most people's favorite, slightly easier. Aged like fine wine.
3 is also very good and did age fine, but there are less Crash based missions in it. I do think it is a little harder than 2 though.

Agreed, its been nice and Sony deserve a celebration. Just little things like having that Ps1 start up sound on my Ps4 reminds me of how far the good times with Playstation stretch back. Its been a long time, with many consoles and so many great games. I've paused and smiled every time I've heard that start up sound today, so many of us grew up on Playstation, it evokes all different kinds of memories

Thats because its your job on the line. If I started just openly posting sales numbers I would be eliminated instantly. Props to those that are braver than me but Id rather talk about trends and just general gaming and keep my career.
