Now I was hoping that Capcom announcement would be either Dragon Dogma's 2 or Devil May Cry (5 or DMC2), especially wih Bayonetta 2 on Wii U and ScaleBound on Xbox One.
I just hope they are more announcements than this Street Fighter tease. Some assumed Ono might talking about Deep Down and its new PS4 exclusive. I hope the new Street Fighter (if it's not a port Ultra SFIV) is just icing on the cake (not as an exclusive).
Like I said, I want either Dragon's Dogma 2, a new Devil May Cry, a new Onimusha or even a new Dino Crisis, with SCE Japan Studio collaborating on the development of the mystery exclusive game.
Something related to the soon full reveal of Star Wars Battlefront 3.
With the new Star Wars and a new Jurassic Park incoming, I can't help it and not temper my expectations regarding both Capcom secret PS4 exclusive and EA's announcement.

Why do people still say this about DMC? Earlier this year Capcom listed it as one of their core franchises with a strong future and important place in the company. It's not going away.

Can someone explain to me why they think Titan Fall 2 will be announced less than 9 months after the original? This is a game being made by a small studio, not Ubisoft throwing 500 bodies at a yearly cycle.

Microsoft has bought the full rights on that one, I don't think it's happening, not so soon anyway. Still seeing Moore with a PS tatoo is interesting.
We don't know ScaleBound is a character action game, and Sony has the industry's biggest character action franchise anyway.
A new KOTOR would be awesome.

Knowing Platinum Games pedigree and portfolio, including some details in the reveal trailer, everything seems to point out in that direction (genre).
As for SCE's character action franchise, it's not The Biggest but easily in the Top 3.
