Incredible looking visuals. I can't wait to see some direct feed stuff if they put it on the eShop.

Makes you wonder what Nintendo could have been doing visually if they spent money on a beefier GPU and CPU instead of the gamepad cost, and just used a Gamecube pad or pro controller as the default.

That looked really boring. :( :(

Wow, can't believe how disappointed I am in this. It was like a Far Cry clone. At least there's Majora's Mask..

I was excited to see it, but that killed any hype I had. Fucking horrible motion controls and barren world.

Oh well.

Ya that overworld looked really bland and sparse.

I don't need a large overworld, I need density in my games.

The picture in picture view was questionable.

Pros: promise of scale seems to have been met

Cons: it's early, but hopefully there's lots of secrets and so on to fill the world.

YOOO Zelda! I didn't think we were gonna see any of this game until next year, what a great surprise after a long day at work!! So happy..

I'm so glad they showed it, they seem pretty confident it'll be in 2015. I STILL DONT BELIEVE.

Star Fox before the game too? wow. Wii U got some 2015 if true.

My main concern is still the same, though. Overworld seemed very empty and devoid of much interesting, like the Twilight Princess world. Twilight Princess was one of my favorite Zelda games still, but overworld was not a highlight. So I hope they figure out a good balance in this Zelda game, because the snippets of gameplay sort of emphasized the issue for me. Did not seem captivating.

If you were paying attention, they said there will be insect and animal life. You can also even pick fruit from trees and eat them.
I'm positive that theres gonna be more to do. Don't want to show off everything at once.

World looked pretty empty. Hope there is more wildlife and houses or anything and not only plain grass fields.

graphics looked pretty solid.

He kept zooming out and out and out, and I was going YES YES YES

They need to work on making the overworld feel more alive. Like lots of animals, random houses, huts, etc... I only saw a pack of horses.

I need a screenshot of the worldmap they showed on the Gamepad.

I mean HOLY SHIT, this world is SOOOOOOOOOOO HUGE!!!

I can't contain my hype for this game right now.
I'll be honest, I cried tears of immense joy while seeing all that.

I wasn't expecting Zelda footage AT ALL... and I like how it looks! Hopefully there's plenty to do in all this open space they're giving us.

They said earlier that it looked better now than at E3, but when he was actually running around it kinda seemed to look worse. At the very least, it didn't really look any better. Also, kinda boring and empty. :( I know that can change over development, but this was kind of a let down.
They just showed it off screen. I'd wait with judging the graphics until we have direct feed.

The world look so alive. The plant and animal life just doing their thing. In the initial trailer, from E3, I saw some farmers tending to their livestock. And in this piece of gameplay we see some wild horses, and Miyamoto even mentions that some of the trees had apples on them when he last played the game, to with Aonuma responds, "Yes, and you can even pick and eat them."

Too good.

I'm kinda diappointed.. It doesn't look as stunning as supposed and the way the horse is floating through the hills is bugging me a lot. I hoped this game would pull me into the 3D Zelda games as I didn't like the previous ones. I did't play Wind Waker yet and I'm putting high hopes into it.

I love Zelda but I didn't really see what was to go omfg in the tiny tiny bit they showed us.

If we had a clean version without Aonuma talking I'd be able to form a better opinion.

Ummmmm. :|

The map felt rather lifeless and empty. Looked like a huge sandbox.

The horse riding sounds interesting though (how it avoid trees automatically and you can shoot arrows while in it). I am sure there is much more to the game. But still.
