Judging by the screens it seems like there will be more than 12 characters available. There are also slots for weapons, active skills and passive skills. Some slots have numbers in them. I guess they'll be unlocked when you reach that level.

Vita version has been officialy announced by sony so it's happening.

I'm torn between the season pass or waiting for the retail version. Why the fuck would they do this? Granted, that extra content will be available as dlc eventually but probably much later and at a premium.
