I just owned myeslf.
I have tons of badges to craft for steam winter cards.
Was going to sell the cards today.
To access Steam on my laptop I reset my password. I can't use the market for a week.
Feels bad man.

Depends on what you're interested in. Smaller indie games will be cheap as dirt, along with older games. You could get a lot of stuff for $50. If you want newer AAA games, $50 will only take you so far. Still a fair amount, I'm sure.

AKA, I can't sell steam items on the market.
I have like 30 badges to craft, which would have been 30 winter cards which would have sold for +$1/card today.

If you just sort by cheapest and work your way upward from that, I'd say around 30 games.
If you want some quality indie games, you'll easily get 10+.
If you want new indie games you can probably snag 5 or 6 or so.
For AAA titles released this year, 1 or 2.
Oh, man. What am I getting myself into. My poor wallet.

#1 on my wishlist as well.
Its tough though, cuz I'm still waiting on more news about the revised Dark Souls II version. I'll gladly rebuy the whole game if it has some really notable graphics updates plus all the DLC. I really want the pre-downgrade lighting back. That's a buy for me. Otherwise, if its just little minor graphics improvements, I'd rather just buy the Season Pass and be fine with how things are now.
Not paying full-price for either of these, though. I'm still bitter over how they've handled all this.
If it makes you feel better the winter cards are worth nowhere near that amount. I'm seeing mine are worth around £0.16 each currently.
I'm frantically deleting stuff from my wishlist in an attempt to damage control.

What? How? You must have like 5 games in your library. NO ONE clears their Steam backlog. You just gotta buy way more games, man.
As far as I'm aware, the only key difference with the PC version of the re-release is that it'll be running DirectX11, rather than 9.0c. That could mean there's a more advanced lighting engine as well, but as you say, they've given us almost no information on that. Yet the extra content that's part of the Scholar of the First Sin will be available, for free, to the existing versions of the game. On the PC, personally, I think there's much less reason to upgrade, as we're already capable of running it at 1080p/60. I might get the PS4 version in the future, myself, since that's a much more notable improvement for the console versions that'll bring it closer to being what we've been playing since April.
With the new versions on the way, though, my desire to pay close to full price for the whole pass is dwindling. I'm personally hoping for 33% off base sale price, and a 50% off Daily Deal price. But I'll take 33% if that's all they give us.

I just now bought Ground Zeroes from Nuuvem because your post prompted me to look (and it was probably cheaper than a Daily Deal would be anyway), and I got a key immediately. You might want to check your account.
I just got home for Christmas and steam remembered logging into the client but not browser sites like tf2 outpost so I just backed out of the security number thing and will wait till after the sale to even look at my trades.

I did not encounter any problems. The game is now on my library, waiting for release.
Just make sure you've got something like Hola VPN on if you're from outside the US. And don't forget to pay with PayPal, non-BR CCs don't work afaik.
Yup, just make sure to use VPN via something like Hola if the site says something like 'you can't buy this product from your region'.
As long as there isn't an explicit mention of the game being region-locked on Nuveem under the 'Importante' header, it isn't.
