Yes they are together. because they are friend traveling together.
Yes They love each other. Korra loves all of her friends. Nothing to suggest otherwise.

No no, let 'em. This is fun to watch.
If they hired anyone from KorraGAF as writers, we'd be winning Oscars, and that's not even POSSIBLE.
OMG, mind blown.Wrong. Why do you think the other Avatars severed the link with Korra? Why do you think Raava left?
What? Do not go.
There are more people who disliked this episode in this thread than there are who enjoyed it.
This will be especially true when Veelk gets a chance to watch it.
If anything, we should be tamping down on our celebration.
I'm just sayin', I know exactly how to properly develop Unalaq and Kuvira.
And I don't even like Unalaq.
lol this is funthats how you end a show?
imply both resolve none
mako going he'll follow korra everywhere, with korra giving a smile, and a lets go on vacation to spirit world with asami while handholding, this literally was just writers listening to shipping fans with no real thought about what happened before
fights were cool, throwing a building was fun and literally the only good thing that came out of this show was the first avatar story
...srsly
OK Last post in this thread I swear.
Tbh I wouldnt have even bothered. I would have cut that entire storyline and had Korra journey to the spirit world far earlier to get her bending back (Which had not been given back to her at the end of season 1 because I have common fucking sense).

Yeahhh
Probably.
Anyways I'm out. I think it's great that some people loved this ending. I don't want to ruin the mood. I think, I've said really all I have to say. I think it was a very flat/vanilla ending. It was entertaining, but I personally didn't think it was a very good ending.
But the fact that some do, well. I think that's enough that, I really would rather those people get to talk about what they loved and enjoy that without people repeating over and over that they didn't like it.
Goodbye everyone. This sure was one bumpy ass ride. But we made it to the end. Despite everything, it was all worth it just getting to spend time with everyone on here (even if we all don't agree).

here lies aang and the rest of the former avatar spiritsTotally forgot about the Avatar link thing. Whatever, I ain't even mad.
srsly
Now if the creators come out and say "Yeah their totally together" then we can accept it as cannon. Or, you know if they had shown any type of romantic scenes between the two , like at all during the show. Otherwise it just a bunch of wishful thinking of the part of some fans.
Relationships aren't that complicated or subtle in Avatar. You know who are into each other and who aren't. If Korra and Asami had romantic feelings for each other then it would have been stated or shown.
Yeah think I'm gonna follow you.
I've made my opinions on the show known (I liked it, overall). Really, nothing more to say.
Its been a bumpy ride. But I enjoyed spending it with the frequent posters of this thread, even though I stopped posting that much after season 2. Guess the journey is over.
Cheers, guys.
here lies aang and the rest of the former avatar spirits

wait last oneThe denial in this thread is actually stunning, they are about an official a couple as you are going to get at this stage.

I honestly would have scrapped Unalaq entirely.
hahaha.
i've given up on them having good writing long ago and was just here watching the trainwreck as it unfolded plus seeing the reactions.
wait last one
i imagine we'll get a last avatar panel q&a or something, someone should ask them so they can finally confirm it
These writers have been working together since ATLA times, since at least 2005. Thats 9 years of non-stop creative and demanding work. I think its okay to give these writers a break for once. They did a good job with bringing closure to all the main cast even if it didn't make sense at some points when held under a microscope with scrutiny.
Azula said in about a week or so once discussion from the finale slows down.
The denial is strong.
I would've too, but once I put some honest to God thought into him and found some parallels for him in the real world, it would be as easy as pie to write him.
Same with Kuvira that doesn't have to go "full Hitler".
Shit, all the villains could've been done better.
Korra, too. =(
the show just ended and the biggest discussions are shipping. It's AtLA's finale all over again, the fanbase bringing it back full circle.
I'm still sticking with my Amon is not a bloodbender but the Dark Avatar retcon.
And okay then, I wanna know what kind of twist you would have added to this season, preferably involving Kuvira.
WHY WAS THERE NO TWIST.
