I haven't had a single issue with xbl all day.

There is no way of knowing unless you try, unfortunately. People report varying degrees of success.

I guess there was people actually trolling in the thread, but I was actually serious. I had the SSO bundle for awhile now and was planning on setting i up this weekend. I'm reading that Live is recovering while PSN is still having issues and I wanted clarification. The only reason I ask is because you need initial connectivity to Live in order for any games to be playable on X1.

Not a big deal for me either way. If I run into issues I'll wait it out.

A service that runs with a certain % of the total userbase expected to be online at any one time, same with XBL.

This has been a problem for years. If everyone picked up their phone at the same time only half of them would get a dial tone.

There's only so much bandwidth, and when people purposefully clog it up that's going to be a lasting effect as people log in/out repeatedly legitimately.
