When you hit 30 as a virgin, you become a wizard. But what kind of wizard?

I do not understand how virgin shaming is any different than fat shaming or iq shaming or wealth shaming.

None of this is acceptable.

Except that virgins are a legitimate threat to society, as demonstrated by Elliot Rodger. They decrease decent folk's quality of life everywhere they appear.

20 years?
That all?

Sure, no problem at all.

Why don't you particularly like sex? Is it painful for you? Do you have low sexual drive? Are you bad at it?

any particular reason why the wizards here haven't acquired the services of a prostitute yet?
I'm not a wizard I have seven years to go
But going to a prostitute wouldn't change anything because I have no sexual desire of any kind. Even if I wanted sex I doubt sleeping with a prostitute would solve any of my life problems or make me a better person

if you go to a prostitute you're redistributing wealth into society; the mark of a good person.

If I get to become a chronomancer, I'll hold off on having sex for another 6 years. All of time and space at my command. I'll take that over gratification any day.

I'll be turning 30 in about two weeks. Can't wait too see what kind of cool powers I get. Do they unlock at midnight or at the exact time you were born or what?

Existence of this thread though is annoying and basically one of the big reasons virgins later in life are less likely to lose it. It just causes them to become terrified of being themselves. Highly uncomfortable to be someone people laugh at and automatically assume massive problems must exist. Therefore, for a lot of people having sex is something they would like to do when they are in a state of feeling comfortable and being themselves, except they cant do that cause its ok in this society to mock them. And I refuse to pay a hooker. Fuck that noise.

Apologies. It really was just a throwaway joke.
If it bothers you that much then I apologize, but I genuinely don't see a need to blame society for an individual's shortcomings in relationships either way. Having a lack of sexual drive or confidence isn't going to get any better by blaming others for it. Personally I think there's someone out there for everyone if you put in the work.

I think it depends on your background. You could very much come out a necromancer, illusionist, conjurist, shaman, druid or whatnot.

I would, if I knew.

It seems that sex is supposed to be this respected symbol of social standing—from size, to performance, to frequency—which I'm really only coming to realize now.

This is really only the case among the simplest, lamest people around. I wouldn't worry about it. Any idea of virhin shaming, or that virginity in itself means anything at all whatsoever, is so incredibly simple-minded and childish that I can't believe its pervasiveness in adult society.

The notion that people *need* to be a certain way, live a certain way, do things a certain way and fut into a certain predefined image is often what cripples people so severely in social interaction. Virgin shaming in all its variants only reinforces this much of the time, creating a vicious cycle.
