That's a "california burrito". It's delicious and not a Taco Bell thing at all.
More objectively terrible opinions.
I agree. And I'm not getting into drama, just saying we both make some good burritos
Rice is a blank slate, it cannot negatively affect the flavor of a burrito, merely clouds the main ingredient. I don't find this acceptable.
Pineapple can and does negatively affect the taste of the pizza it's on. If you like it, then fine. Go ahead.
People from SF take bags of SD burritos home with them on the plane. I seent it.
Except pineapple on pizza is the best thing ever.
they are proving my point, which is why i compared the two.
you can't trust someone who likes pineapple on pizza.
You know how when you have an office pizza party, and there's that one dude who always insists on getting pineapple, so at the end of the party you have 6 slices of pineapple leftover and no sausage or pepperoni? These are those guys.
A burrito without rice isn't a burrito.
A little bit of rice in a burrito is good, but when the filling is mostly rice it dulls the taste of what should be the main ingredients.
Rice is acceptable in a sushirrito, however.

Totally. It's like, there's already a huge tortilla, why would I want to double up on the carbs? That space is better off used for more meat.
There's a food truck in socal that makes these and they are damn good!
I mean, look at this LA burrito crap. You're really going to support this?

"Best breakfast burrito" according to LA Weekly. Blarph.
That's a "california burrito". It's delicious and not a Taco Bell thing at all.
Rice doesn't belong on every burrito just as pineapple doesn't belong on every pizza. To say that pineapple never belongs on pizza and that rice never belongs in a burrito is objectively incorrect. Even taking the subjective nature of opinions into account.

Breaks my heart.

Word. Hell, I've had better burritos in Boston than the garbage can refuse they call burritos in LA
I was just gonna say that's a Shawarma staple.Thats just a American Gyros (kebab)

Cheese and sauce are incredibly important to the flavor of a pizza, while rice is not important at all in the flavor of a burrito. They aren't comparable.Sorry Op you are wrong. You might as well say I don't like cheese or sauce so putting it on a pizza is wrong.
It may not be created by Taco Bell.. but it's definitely a Taco Bell thing.

I just looked up the Jogasaki truck... looks like they're mostly Whittier/Diamond Bar and occasionally Santa Monica. Damn.
What the hell is that crispy looking thing in Exhibit 1? Are there Fritos in that burrito?
It may not be created by Taco Bell.. but it's definitely a Taco Bell thing.
I grew up in San Diego, grew up on San Diego Mexican food, grew up on carne asada burritos with meat, guac, sometimes salsa fresca, sometimes cheese. Never rice in the burrito.
The same dudes who don't get invited to out of work stuff for that reason.

Taco Bell can go fuck themselves lol.
It's not a Taco Bell thing because they finally caught on to the greatness of a California Burrito. lol
By this backward logic, hamburgers/sloppy joes are a taco bell thing.
I knew my fellow Chargers fans would be behind me
Wow is this thread bannable?
Bill Belichick did nothing wrongOP that is 2 strikes
What does this even mean? I've never even heard of a Taco Bell serving burgers or sloppy joes.
