Well it's more of it being a general return policy that people can take advantage of. Something that is in place for consumers but is taken advantage of by jerks. The lack of any risk is one of the main things that is so bad about a large number of scalping methods. Something like selling preorders is another easy example. The scalper gets the money right away before they even have to pay the full price for the item and just changes the shipping location.
Fine 7 days. I would like the 2-3 days too but it wouldn't be fair to actual customers that hope to return it and were busy with school or work to do so.
Yeah. Sucks. They really should find a middle ground where certain items have shorter periods
