I would recommend and ask not to. Since a lot of us don't want to see spoilers but don't have the willpower to not click on them.

I just popped in to see what's going on and everyone's on high alert. LOL.
Earlier (may have been another thread) I posed the question "May we see the new kings of storytelling with this game?" You know Ru has been sitting on this for a long time. I got no idea what's coming and I intend to keep it that way, but the way everyone's reacting shows me that the game may well offer one of the best narratives we have in gaming. One can only hope.
Off to the farm I go, to relax in solitude, free from spoilers. See you all soon.
There's plenty room if anyone else wants to come.

It's quite the conundrum. On one hand, as you say there's plenty of folks who get easily tempted despite knowing they'll regret it. There's also the factor that, afaik, mobile users who quote those with spoiler tags can see what's under the tag.
On the other hand, there are people who do like to talk about these things and are responsible with tags at a time that's still too early for an official spoiler thread.
Maybe if some big things happen, maybe a dedicated thread should be made for the leaked content as when The Halo 4 cinematics leaked. But little odds and ends like this, it can't really carry a thread on its own and who knows how much more will be put out there in the case of starting one with that information in preparation for future content to fuel it.
Edit: And yes, anyone tuning in on Twitch should disable the chat window. Also avoid the [generally dreadful] comments sections on media sites.
