Yes our tax is 20%. For the US 8.5% is pretty high as well, many states are 6-7%.

Many EU countries have around 20% tax. UK has been 17.5% for the longest time in past decades and fairly recently even 15% to help boost sales after the 2008 recession. Now we have a bollock grabbing 20%.

The sneaky thing is most VAT is hidden in the advertised price and the retailers and product makers have to take a hit because we won't pay more as consumers to offset the huge tax.
 
I'm always jealous of those who get games early. The only time I've gotten one early was Infamous: Second Son, thanks to cheetah on ebay.

I got LBP3 on Monday night about 3 hours before it unlocked digitally. Was fun actually I had about 150 people watching me stream it
 
So yeah, the game picked up steam on my end.
Graphics are absolutely bat shit INSANE, it's crazy on so many levels.
I mean, there are areas in the game which have crazy amount of high res detail, post processing and skin sss.
The art in this game is amazing, great job by the level artists, naughty dog level of attention to detail.

I really liked the platforming bits, tough short and few but sweet.
the character has really good weight and it feels great.

The gameplay, not so much on the other hand.
There are a lot of questionable design and story structure decisions.
I need to play more before i can asses it. overall solid.

Thanks man, a bit refreshing to hear some criticisms since the other impressions we got were very positive. I like seeing both sides of the coin.

What's getting you down on the gameplay? Is it an issue with the core mechanics or just the mission/level structures?

Thanks for the impressions. Never thought there would be any platforming aside from jumpin across rooftops like in that gif floating around. I'd like to hear more about that unless you think its a bit spoilery.

What!! Are you saying the graphics look amazing but the gameplay isn't so hot?? Are you legitimating people's concerns about this game? Don't do it you are going to crush my soul
