Don't be ashamed Avdol. With an ass like that how can you not touch it. I can only imagine how this episode would've turned out if it had been Polnareff instead of( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
The single player mode is underwhelming, but the game is great if you have a friend to play with our enjoy the online.Do you guys recommend the JoJo game on PS3?
Its on sale for $20.

Yeah, Story Mode is basically a (boring) Wiki-style summary of the major events/battles. Granted, some of the parts won't go over everything, but they'll still spoil some of the major moments, like near the end & such. It's pretty good, just know that it has spoilers for Part 3 onwards.

Polnareff is attacked by Death XIII.
I would say go for it if it wasn't required to beat story mode to unlock all the characters.Yeah, Story Mode is basically a (boring) Wiki-style summary of the major events/battles. Everyone in Jojo is dumb. Just like how there was 4 Hamon masters and a guy with a hammer at Dio's mansion but they decide to attack 1 at a time.
as I already wrote for past episodes, there is a clear difference between episodes with a comical tone and purposely dumb situations and episodes focused more on delivering clever and ''serious'' fights. it's true that you can find humorous elements in a lot of these episodes but that's not always the focal point. so you shouldn't really bother or "why didn't they do that" and "omg they're so dumb" in this type of episodes, just enjoy the silliness and Best JoJo *oh-my-goddo* Joseph.Yeah that was another thing I forgot to mention. Given that both Magican's Red and Hermit Purple have pretty long ranges, it was weird to me that they never used them against Mariah since it looked like to me that they were just chasing her down an empty street after the escapades in the bathroom.

And even the Part 3 characters have spoilers built into their movesets... so. Yeah.
one of those guys was supposed to be like a super tibetan martial arts master whose secret signature technique honed over years of training was to jump at you with his crotch wide open, hoping that you'll grab his legs and then he'll hit you with a karate chop really fast
he dies the first time he actually tried to use this technique in real combat because jonathan and speedwagon both forgot to tell the three martial arts masters that the vampire they're fighting can freeze them and completely nullify their fighting style
Why does Dire look like Sting from Dune? Don't even bother crying for Dire Jonathan. Nobody told the man to develop a secret martial art technique that essentially has his balls in a persons face and leaves him undefended.
story mode is basically non existent past 4 since there isn't enough characters in the game.
To put this into perspective, the part 6 story is only 3 or 4 battles. 3 are Jojo vs the main villain.
Dio was right to kill the guy for having such a stupid fighting technique. Dire should've learned from his encounter with Johnathan that he could get bodied for using it.DIO!
But he crossed his arms this time around, his technique was now invincible!Dio was right to kill the guy for having such a stupid fighting technique. Dire should've learned from his encounter with Johnathan that he could get bodied for using it.
Joseph's escalator melt down was fucking hilarious. Yeah it's just best not to think too much with this show. Logic flew out the window on this show when Dio turned into a hammy as fuck vampire going WRRRRRYYYYYYY and MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!! It's great to poke fun at it at times though. Once you actually write down how some Jojo shit pans out you can only just straight up fucking laugh at it.storafötter;152093192 said:I agree with others you just have to the Jojo logics follow its own course. I gave up a long time trying to really comprehend Arakis solution to things (I will never forgive him for the ridiculous way he handled Cars) or character development in general for that matter. A pretty weak episode but it was definitely worth watching or Josephs reactions.
So pretty much he cares about as much about plot consistency as he cares about accurate anatomy portrayal. The thing with JoJo is that Araki will do what he wants when he wants and you best like it. If he thinks the series will benefit from something that might create a plot inconsistency, he will do it.

I also loved when him and Avdol had to dive out of the bathroom window. Only woman that liked him was the old lady. I can't wait for more Dio. Only thing we've gotten from Dio are is "look at my sexy back" poses.storafötter;152095961 said:I personally loved the scene before when Joseph gets out of the bed with those ladies getting their dresses pulled.![]()
Oh I cant wait to get more Muda Muda (witnessing Tha WORLD! in person) since the wait has been a bumpy ride.
Judging by what I've seen from latter part Jojo this show is going to get even more colorful and it's going to be the funniest thing imaginable. If they really animate a guy with green lipstick my sides will probably split open.Araki probably approaches his writing the same way he approaches his art; fuck the basics, if this looks cooler, this is what I'm going with. If the series at any point asked you to take the story seriously it would be a bigger problem, but he doesn't.

When a production committee produces a series to run on a certain timeslot it's going to have to air for a certain number of episodes. Be it 12, 24 or 52 episodes respectively. Given the need to hit a certain quota of episodes stretching of material is inevitable. You say that, but the structure of part 3 and these types of episodes would really benefit from Jojo 2012's breakneck pacing. The way they're padding it and drawing out really hurt a lot of the visual gags and humour in this episode. Because Araki is more heavily involved with this adaptation, I feel like DP are being purist to the point of it being detrimental to the adaptation, to what I feel for the most part (like around the first 80% of it) is a very mediocre entry into Jojo as a series.
Yeah pretty much, it's really unique. Before I started watching it I think my first reaction was, "why do these guys look like rainbow colored Fist of the North Star characters" now I don't even care. I just like the property.Which is exaclty why we love jojo.

Not even Avdol can resist Dio's aura of sexiness.storafötter;152098511 said:Oh yeah that part in the bathroom was wonderful too! They know very well that our lust for Dio is so strong that his sexy back is a good appetizer!
I liked how they empathized in the beginning of part 3 how everyone came under Dios spell and immediately surrendered to his service due to how fabulous Dio was when he approached them.
Said right before Dire caught a Jojo headbutt. If I catch a headbutt while using my secret technique I'm going to be rethinking my secret technique. But the critics are raving about it. Speedwagon said "It's a perfect stratagem!". And Straizo says "No fighter has ever escaped it."
Steal Jonathan Joestar's body.Dio loves posing. How does one get a body like Dio?
Is it just me or does Dio like touching it?Steal Jonathan Joestar's body.

All the more why 4 cours was excessive to begin with in the first place.
You really think this could have all fit in 3 or fewer cours? One of the selling points of the show was that it would cover all the Stands/characters. I think every single adaption of Stardust Crusaders prior to this has cut out a lot of material.
Not even Avdol can resist Dio's aura of sexiness.
Dat translucent alabaster skin

Yeah Jojo just isn't meant for the English language. You can still tell Avdol wanted Dios D though.Holy shit, that's an early 90s tier level dub. How fucking bad.
It's better than Zeta Gundams English dub, doesn't seem to be as good as the Kill La Kill dub though. I'd have to see some full episodes though. I actually didn't mind English Dio, I wonder how over the top hammy the guy can be.*Roll Eyes*
I watched the 3 episodes of the test dub when it aired a while back. I was disappointed Dio didn't have an English accent (so overall would take his JP VA over Patrick Seitz as talented as the later is) but otherwise the dub was fine. Shame the 3 episodes got taken down and all you have are short clips to compare to the JP VAs you've gotten accustomed to. Haters gonna hate though *shrug*

This is probably an outside of the union dub so they most likely just couldn't get Freeman I would assume. They didn't cast Crispin Freeman as DIO so they fucked up right out of the gate
