Olivier Giroud
Yyou should try to increase weight. If you aren't doing them at a gym, look into goblet squats or assisted pistol squats
Aaaaaah, Giroud. So physically perfect. What a shame he's entirely undesirable as a person.
Thanks, Edge! I will look up these amusingly named squat types and try them out.
Might take a proper 9 month+ bulk and a few months cut to get there.

This is really nice physique, would take 1 year dedicated to get this maybe more
Dudes legs seem ridiculously slim though
Yep.Dude is roided to the gills.
So many bodies here that are only achievable by roiding. Hope you guys know that.
Dudes legs seem ridiculously slim though
That's why it would only take a year![]()
If you can get to a gym and use a barbell that would be ideal. Otherwise Edge gave some good advice.
Squats helped my wife's butt tremendously. She actually has some cheek now.
Lu Xiaojun is another guy I would love to look like.![]()
I'm changing my answer to this.Chris Pratt in Guardians and Jurassic World is pretty much my goal.
I'm a ways away. Wouldn't mind being leaner, but I doubt that'll happen.
Lu Xiaojun is another guy I would love to look like.
This is another great one for me.
I wouldn't mind going to a gym, but the fees require serious dedication to make it worth it and I'm not as serious as my husband about this stuff yet. Once I get going and make a real commitment I'll deserve that gym entry.
Squats and a bit of weights (maybe I can get a hold of a barbell) are definitely things I can do and enjoy on my own time, though. I did them relentlessly for a three month period a year ago and they gave the butt a real lift even without weights. Knowing the benefit of just generic squats, I'm very keen to see results using the ones Edge recommended and the weights like you said. Thanks for the tips! If you or your wife have any other butt-shaping hacks, I'm all ears.
How would one go about getting this skinny fit look?
Barbell glute bridges will really hit your butt hard.
I'm changing my answer to this.
I'm surprised at how many people want to be so macho and hypermasculine. This thread needs way more women weighing in.
Those are the oblique muscles. They are generally well developed in fighters/grapplers, especially judokas and greco-roman wrestlers, due to the heavy use of upper body rotation/bending in their arts.Sexyama is his nick name in Japan. Besides Ronda, this guy is one of the few people to really hit off Judo techniques in high level MMA. You might not think that is a big deal, but it is,
He has a strange love handles. I have that permanent fat as well. It just won't go off no matter how much I cardio!
I'd say the bolded is a safe assumption, yes. Beyond the visual test, PEDs are rife in BJJ and Palhares has tested positive in MMA.But I wonder if some of these guys have used roids!? I know you can't just look at their abnormally large chins because some people really just have those, but them all being Brazillians, and Brazillians eating roids like candy, I mean. Particularly Pablo looks unreal. They are great grapplers, but I think atheletes looking like that... it's crazy. Even with all the advancements in nutrition, they just look completely different from grapplers and fighters from yesteryear.
I don't really know who my body idol is..I just want to build my chest and upper body in general, along with some squats for my thighs and ass.
I know I *don't* want the skinny Brad Pitt-from-Fight-Club look. I'd like something a little meatier in terms of build.

This is me now. Still got lots of work to do, but hey, Rome wasn't built over night!
I-I'm sorry...
T-The thread said "If you could decide how your body would look, what would it look like?"... s-so.. I thought it would maybe be okay if I shared my honest feelings...
I'm so sorry.
You have a very nice base. I recomend coming over to fitgaf if you wanna start building up some strength
Dream fantasy body would have to be Madonna or Jada Pinkett

I love the pump in the arms. Chestplate showing. How far? I'd say give me 3-4 months on IF and my old regimen back and I could do it again. Although I have a problem with people finding me too thin/veiny when I did. Oh well.
Barbell glute bridges will really hit your butt hard.
Yup. Hip raises/thrusts as well. By far, the best exercise for your glutes.
It's very interesting how the aspirations of men and women in this thread differ so greatly. You see nearly every guy shooting for the stars and posting pics of big slabs of muscle. But women on the other hand seem to be just fine with a more typical, average physique.

Klokov - I want his strength and his build.
Luther Strode
If this is you pretty much untrained FitGaf can have you looking crazy good in a year.Hey, thanks man!
I think I will. I'm a noob at true strength building, and could use all the tips I could get.
Never seen him before. That's a great example of what I think looks ideal, but not so attainable for me at this stage.
i'm surprised that there's more lean/Brad Pitt answers than the usual Arnold/Adonis body type. Those types of body do take a while to achieve so I understand.
I mean I would want Beyonce's body but that booty is unattainable to me. EVER.
Edit: What's with the stuttering? No need to be afraid just post people with realistic features.
