Not all that crazy but things that I think will happen:

Microsoft - Battletoads reboot launches right after the press conference.

Sony - Final Fantasy XV demo shown, release date and exclusive content announced.

Nintendo - Star Fox delayed to 2016.
 
Nintendo, Microsoft, and Sony all drop out of the console race.

No new games are unveiled.

It's just a three day conference of remembering their legacy with games clips montage of past games set to "I will remember you"
 
E3 rolls around, and Nintendo decides to forego the direct for a big conference like everyone else.

Reggie steps out first, and simply stares at everyone for 10 minutes smiling the entire time. Eventually this silence is broken by Reggie screaming "Tananana super fighting robot! Tananana..." and then the screen behind him lights up showing Capcom's logo. Nintendo has bought Capcom and its entire list of IPs. Street Fighter V, Dead Rising 3, Deep Down and so forth all coming to the Wii U. Megaman U announced, in which you fight every single one of the robot masters to eventually reach Wily Sigma, a fusion of the two biggest Megaman villains.

Afterwards Reggie steps back into the darkness and Iwata takes his place.

Iwata says he understands the frustration some Nintendo fans have suffered in the last few years and he's here to remedy that... with Ultra Smash Warrios. Based on the success of Hyrule Warriors, Koei Tecmo and Nintendo are partnering up again to bring you the entire cast of Smash Bros and then some into one Warriors game. We're teased with a clip of Captain Falcon fighting a horde of Goombas, Lizalfos and Meta Ridley, followed by him single handedly picking up the Great Fox and Falcon Punching it until it explodes into the crowd. Ultra Smash Warriors will release November 2015.

Surprisingly the clip continues as Falcon gets into his Blue Falcon and drives away into space. He is being chased by an Arwing, Samus' ship and a miniature Mario face planet. Pretty soon they reach a runway... just then Miyamoto comes out running in Falcons helmet and yells out in broken English F-Zero Unlimited coming tomorrow to stores worldwide.

Finally Reggie comes back out and the three together perform a sort of Ginyu Force pose as they announce a F2P Amiibo game.

It's Custom Robo. You obtain different parts for your robot based on the Amiibo you scan. We all watch in awe as we see a robot with Samus' armor, Link's Master Sword and Warios Hat fight another robot wielding Megaman's arm cannon, Peach's dress and Metaknights mask in glorious 1080p/60 fps.

They take a bow, and Wii Fit Trainer and Villager amiibos fall from the ceiling.

Microsoft announces they have bought the Shadowrun license and are rebooting the Shadowrun FPS from the 360 days. They have sold Halo back to Bungie for pennies, and Shadowrun is now their #1 FPS, headed by 343 Industries (name doesn't make sense wtf??)
 
Nintendo decides to double down on the figure market by announcing a line of high quality PVC figures of all their major female characters in revealing clothing and suggestive poses. You know, to appeal to the creepy otaku pervert demographic.
 
Nintendo announces new co-publishing deals to fill out their Wii U roster for 2015/2016 with... remastered and rebooted versions of retro PC games:

U Can't Live Forever (No One Lives Forever 3)

In an intentionally ironic twist, U Can't Live Forever will be the last Wii U game ever published.

Conference ends with some boring montage and just as everyone begins to stand up Yoshida runs up on stage:
-"Oh, we almost forgot, we have one more thing to share with you"
Lights go down, a Naughty Dog logo appears on screen and Neil Druckmann walks into a dark stage with just a beam of light pointing at him:
-"We at Naughty Dog take great pride in making some of the best games in the industry, and in order to acomplish that we have decided, as you might have heard, to push back the release of Uncharted 4 until spring 2016. This extra time will allow us to truly deliver not only the best Uncharted game but also the best Naughty Dog game to date.
We know a lot of you were looking forward to playing it in 2015 , but we think you will be even more happy later this year when:"
BAM! all the lights get turned ona and wee see Druckmann pulling at his face which is revealed to actually be a mask.... it was Fumito Ueda all along:
-"The Last Guardian gets a worldwide release this October 23!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
The logo on stage gets replaced by The Last Guardian, the whole theatre starts to vibrate and suddenly from under the stage a platform rises with a live orchestra that plays a beautiful theme while the new trailer plays on screen.
Several cellphones in the audience explode because they are unable to capture how amazing the game looks. The live feed gets all blurry because even the cameras can't help but to cry at what they are seeing.

Microsoft announces that they are bringing back the Xbox One original vision and a mandatory patch is now available for download. In partnership with GameStop, since after the patch all physical games no longer work and GameStop likes to destroy and throw away games, you can now trade all your physical games in for digital versions at no additional cost. In an attempt to deflect all the hate and anger Microsoft also mentions "family sharing" is back on the table, but no details or date are given.

Nintendo announces it's new home console, the Nintendo Revolution. It comes pre-loaded with some of the greatest hits of the past (NES, SNES, N64 and Gamecube through emulation). Other select titles can be unlocked by spending "Revo Points (RP)", think achievements/trophies with actual rewards. The company still has DLCs / a shop but only for modern games. In other words you get a whole Virtual Console and unlock its content by playing many games.

Revolution allows players to share their games with 5 friends. For instance, if you buy a new game, you get a share code valid for 5 uses. Game prices stay the same but the added value of sharable codes give nerdgasms to Nintendo fans. Revolution isn't region locked and reads Blu-Ray discs. It basically prints money thanks to its 3D printer add-on. But the real selling point is how it plays: you no longer need controllers. This is Minority Report in real life my friends, gloves included. The controller is shown in the palm of your hands thanks to an advanced laser technolgy, but you don't need peripherals. Not even a power cord as the Revolution powers itself thanks to a new battery technology that you need to recharge every 30 hours.
 
Nintendo announces that they bought the Goemon ip from konami and Good Feel is developing the next game.

Half Life 3 annonuced for PC and console exclusive to Wii U. Bundled with all Half Life games.

My dream would be a Nintendo/Sega collaboration on next hardware with no gimmicks, specs that actually impress, and exclusive Sega franchise revivals for the system's launch window, including Out Run, Phantasy Star, and Shenmue, with Mario 3D World 2, Galaxy 3, or a proper Metroid as a headliner... a Retro-developed 2.5D Metroid might make my head explode (in a good way). Oh, and crossplay console/handheld Pokemon might make the rest of my body join my head in the explosive goodness.
 
No prediction involving Nintendo will be more outrageous by design than the expectations that show up in force every time they announce an impending Direct.

Except maybe Mother 3.

-Demon's Souls 2, with Demon's Souls Remastered in 1080p60fps ft. cut content and restored 6th Archstone, PVP additions (arena's akin to Dark), and nods from Bloodborne.
-Dragon Quest 11 PS4 exclusive.
-Silent Hills is exclusive.
-Price cut.
-No vita content.
-VR headset is only $99

Msoft:
-Partnership with either Oculus/HTC Vive and integration with Kinect to bring it back to the center stage.
-Halo something
-All future Xbone games will also be on Windows 10.

Ninty:
Fire Emblem If is n3ds exclusive for no reason.
New handheld hinted at.
-WiiU still nonprice cut
-Super Smash Bros Arcade Edition 2015rev announced in partnership with Capcom. New characters are Evil Mario and On(Lu)igi.
 
To begin Sony's conference, Mark Cerny walks out on stage to a 15 minute standing ovation... As the ovation dies down, "Let's Get It On" by Marvin Gaye starts to play on the loud speakers, as he proceeds to take 8 minutes to remove his lavender plaid button down long sleeve Polo shirt to cheers and chants from the crowd... Three crying and screaming women need to be removed from the front row, as they reach and grab at the aura surrounding Cerny's presence..

As Cerny finally gets off his shirt, it reveals The Last Guardian tattooed on his chest... The convention center goes wild.... Screams are heard throughout E3 as a crowd starts to build at the back doors, led by Phil Spencer, curious as to what is happening... Cerny then slowly turns around to reveal Knack 2 tattooed on his back as bedlam ensues... Hip Hop Gamer thrusts his title belt to the heavens as he and Adam Boyes exchange what is later known as "the chest bump heard around the world.". The remaining women are left in puddles, lying in the fetal position on the grimy convention center floor... Grown men are witnessed, in tight embrace, tearfully admitting all their sins and darkest secrets to one another..Phil Spencer is said to have slow clapped for 6 straight minutes, shaking his head slowly in utter amazement.

Cerny slowly walks off stage without even a smirk, but makes sure to make eye contact with every person left standing...Sony's press conference continues for 2 more hours but nobody ever remembers any of it...
