According to the DC Database:

Starling City

Central City:

Also, I found this:

Looking further into it, Star City has apparently moved depending on which decade the Green Arrow books were being written in. It was on the Great Lakes in the sixties, In Massachusetts in the seventies and eighties, and Northern California (San Francisco Bay area) most recently.

So if we're going by comics:

Star City - California
Coast City- California
Central City - Missouri
Keystone City- Kansas
Metropolis - Delaware
Gotham City - New Jersey

I'm wondering if the season is going to end with Malcolm somehow becoming Ras al Ghul.

Team Arrow is really good, but as pointed out, it's mostly Ollie and Felicity. Roy is just there, Diggle doesn't do much, and Laurel is there to basically sandbag. It's upsetting, really. I like that they're taking time with Laurel, but the fact that Diggle and Roy (especially Roy) are just sort of there really fucking bothers me. Something I've made very vocal in this thread.

He isn't a villain. His main goal is to recruit Oliver and he will do a lot to protect his life. At this point he's antagonist, not a villain. Depending on hard he will push this might change, but for now he's just antagonist.
Personally I love it. After two straight up psychotic mad men Ra's is like a breath of fresh air, THis portrayal of him is also more interesti than "crazy terrorist" angle that exists in comics

It's basically the same portrayal as Batman Begins. Which is fine. My friend thinks the only reason this actor makes a good Ra's is because they made him look as much like Liam Neeson as possible. I disagree, personally, but whatevs. He does a good job.

I actually hope Oliver does
become Ra's al Ghul
, just to shake up the formula a bit. It seems like this season doesn't really have an arc for the character and I think the whole thing is becoming a bit repetitive. It isn't doing the characters any favors when they seem to act irrationally just to produce enough conflict to keep the plot moving.

Trying to get caught up on season 3, I've disliked just about every decision they've made so far so it's taking a while. Ep 5 now. Those kids nowadays sure do love Zork!

Nah. Malcolm is Begin's Ra's. Only more psychotic.

As expected, fun but suffering due to Flash comparison which had its like 'break' finale.
The extra attention for Matt Nable is appreciated very much though.

Man, I'm just tired of Oliver keeping secrets. This shit keeps biting him in the ass and he keeps doing it.

We can only hope it doesn't become as bad it is in Supernatural...

this show would be 100x better if ollie just said yes and season 3 becomes the adventures of ras al ollie.

I genuinely believe Ollie saying yes would have been much better for the show. It's become a little stale of late, the LoA gave the show an opportunity to really shake things up...

The thing with Arrow is that if he did say yes?

It'd be a three episode arc, max.

Arrow does long-form change, but for characters. They'll do things like have Oliver 'die', but they move so quickly that he'll never stick to a new job/location for too long. We'll never get Arrow's version of Angel S5. Which is a shame.

The idea of Team Arrow running the LOA and compromising their values is really cool.

These Olicity face to face moments are getting really annoying. This was the first time I liked a flashback moment this season. However, with this last episode I felt like this season is actually getting good now, but I'm just watching this for The Flash

I don't mind them now, because they actually bring progress instead of her shitting on Oliver or preaching to him.

Also regarding the prophecy, Malcolm knew about it yet it never occurred to him like 3 episodes ago to mention it?

Hahaha so much this. Like, 'Hey so you know since you survived and all this might happen'
